This is a lovely, small farmer's market on Saturday mornings. They have great fruit and vegetable stands, some local bakers, some arts and crafts, and usually a food vendor or two. It's not overwhelmed with food vendors which is a nice change of pace. We love to go and talk to the bee man who is there each week to educate us all about bees and provides all kinds of interesting things to look at.

Super small farmers market on Saturdays on Bainbridge. If you live on the Island this is your big social scene LOL. Everyone knows everyone and you are going to come here and spend the bucks to support all those local farmers on the island. Everything here is organic so you don't even need to ask. They have everything but I noticed are pretty lacking in fruits which makes sense because besides for berries very little does well on a damp tree lined island like this one. That's ok because there is a lot of great veggies and flowers to enjoy. One of my favorite vendors is the lady who sells garlic and potatoes and she is also the wine maker for Bainbridge Island winery. If you travel garlic and potatoes work find and I'm telling you her garlic is the best anywhere. She had lots of varieties, some very spicy types that are great and last a long time. She sell braids that are great gifts to give people. Also she grows a lot of varieties of potatoes I've never seen anywhere else. Some are good for mashing and others roasting. Just ask her for suggestions and she will help you out.If you are come here as a tourist this market might be a slight letdown as there are few food vendors and if you will not be buying veggies there is not much else. One lady sells some cool healing balms and such and one booth sells locally made whiskey and vodka but you can probably have more fun just going directly to the place and get a tour and such. But if you want to kill some time and see how it feels to live on a small island where everyone is uber nice then check it out any Saturday during the months of March through December.

My, what a super idyllic scene. This Farmers Market, as small as it is, is a true testament to Bainbridge Island's farming and organic food driven community. What should you expect to see? Small stands, friendly people, fresh colorful produce, flowers, homemade jars of honey, home baked loafs of bread, live local music and dogs (corgis!) happily running around the green grass. Pinch me.

Twee farmers market in the heart of downton Winslow. We admired fresh produce and snagged a vegan lunch at one of the booths inside. They also had a booth that served cold brew coffee with dairy alternatives! Live entertainment was happening as well. Good vibes!

This Farmers Market has a bit of everything from veggies to clothes to fresh baked pizza! we were visiting town and were lucky enough to be right on time for the Farmers Market so we stopped by. They had some great ethnic food cooking and the smell was fabulous. We visited several booths and had various samples. There were booths with Kumbucha, Sauerkraut, cheese, meat, veggies, hot prepared foods, hand crafted jewelry, fresh tea, and a honey guy just to name a few! It is set up on a nice area with a green lawn and it was a very nice stop on our visit to the island.

Small little farmers market has a pretty varied selection of goods... A few I recall seeing on my last visit: maple syrup/alcohol, live plants, salad greens, fermented foods, vegetables, coffee, sandwiches/bread/pastries, Asian food, and more. Going to the farmers market was the first time I've had to search for parking on Bainbridge Island... it's popular!

I love farmer's markets but this was a letdown. It is super tiny and unless you actually live here, there really isn't much for you to buy. As a tourist, you aren't going to be buying produce to cook so we ended up walking the farmer's market in less than 5 minutes. And since it is so small, it lacked variety.

The smallest and least variety of farmer's markets I've been to so far. There's a bread vendor, flower/craft vendors, fresh produce vendors, but scarcely any food vendors (or even a butcher vendor, from what I remember). It partially does the trick for your weekly essentials, but not exactly lolGlad to have checked this one off my list though!

This website says the farmers market opens at 9 AM. They actually open at 10 AM. I was informed of this by an incredibly rude vendor when I asked to purchase one of his products (bakery). It's astounding to me that people that make their living from consumers haven't learned basic niceties. I will never come back.

Small, but full of energy and island fun, this market offers produce, crafts, and food to eat while enjoying the live music, seated on the grassy patches around the booths of goods. It seems to be the "place" locals gather weekly, and tourists come to get a sense of island life in a sweet, non-pretentious mini getaway. Vendors are friendly and happy to be there, happy to see you, some offering samples of their goods. Music is lively, often finding shoppers dancing gaily in front of the band's tent.
