Steamed pork potstickers are awesome.. the sesame seeds and crispy garlic take it to the next level. Great vibe, incredible service. Love the beer selection and pouring my own beer. This place is excellent.

First time here and enjoyed it immensely! First of all easy parking in the covered parking lot of the building that it's in. The interior of the restaurant is spacious and clean and the staff are so friendly and helpful. It's a cool concept where they give you a unique QR code and when you scan it you can order food thru your phone. We ordered the edamame, nanban chicken, bbq pork sliders, dragon fire noodles, and the cheesecake for dessert. We shared and everything was delicious! Plus on Wednesdays it's $9.95 for any noodle dish! You can also pour your own beer, ciders, and wine. The wine selection is limited but the beer choices were great. You pay by the ounce so you can pour as little or as much as you like! You can then see how much your drink costed on the tab on your phone! There were 3 of us and we each had 2-3 drinks and left full and happy! Total cost was under $75 for the 3 of us before tip. So reasonable! Will definitely return!

This restaurant has been on my Saved list here for a while and was super excited to try it out last night!!! Boy, were we in for a treat (:Food and dessert were AMAZING! My favorite dish was the garlic shrimpnoodles! I also had their dragon fruit cider from their COOL beer/cider/wine wall! ALL SELF SERVE! Staff was hospitable and super friendly, met the owners as well and made sure we had what we needed (:Ambiance was pretty! A dry moss wall followed by Asian artwork on the walls and basket lanterns! Prices are super reasonable! It's best to make a reservation on their website since they have a small space. They have retail parking in the building until 9pm. You won't be disappointed! VERY MUCH RECOMMENDED! Thank you Yuko/Takao and Baguus staff for making our experience a memorable one for my family and boyfriend!

Yelp event at Baguus Little Asia this evening. What a great concept! I love how you order your food, you can see photos of the dishes on the website, pay and tip all at once. One of the biggest surprises for me was the amazing ease of use - drink taps! You swipe a card, pour your beer, wine, cider (that rotates seasonally according to the restaurant) and then swipe again to confirm how much was poured. I love that accountability of that and it keeps track from a consumption perspective. From a business perspective that would be a +The food was very good and arrived promptly. I always love the spicy dishes and I had both spicy hot and heat hot. See screenshots for descriptions! There was live music from an amazing singer guitarist which I really enjoyed. Thank you to the hosts for the entertainment!I really enjoyed this restaurant. I shared food, made some be Yelp friends and I wish this restaurant many successful years of business and service!

I was part of the lucky people selected by Yelp to join the elite event! This place has been on my radar for quite sometime now, but I always remember to go on Sundays and I believe they are closed on Sundays! The establishment is small, but comfortable. I got to try the potstickers & chicken nanban for appetizers. The potstickers are cooked just right, the sauce lifts it up! The nanban has that chicken karaage feel, and well prepared. I also got to try their sesame pork udon dish! The combination of a bit of heat from the noodles and the sweetness of the pork makes the dish perfect! Also, the pork was tender. For dessert, I tried the happy cheesecake (yuzu flavored) and that was my favorite bite! The citrus worked so well and it wasn't overpowering! The citrus smell is also a nice touch! Lastly, I also had the mochi brownies w/ ube ice cream. Nice to know the ube ice cream was homemade. A definite plus! I actually also ordered the Chinese donuts and it's as good as one would expect!I loved the tap in and tap out feature on their beer and wine! The owners were very delightful and service was great! I will definitely, definitely come back here for more! Thanks again, Yelp for the invite!

Baguus is a great restaurant to eat southeastern Asian food. My favorite dish was garlic basil pork noodle. The pork was well made. It was full of flavor and was juicy. The flat noodles were a great combination with the pork. The Braised pork rice was good, but not great. I enjoyed the presentation of the dish, but the taste didn't stand out to me. The pork went well with the pickled vegetable. I loved the chicken nanban. It was well seasoned and cooked and I wish I had more of it. If you're looking for dessert, try their cheesecake or mochi brownie with their sundae. Unfortunately, their cheesecake wasn't that big, but it tasted pretty good and I liked how creamy it was. Their dumplings are also a nice appetizers to have.I enjoyed the service of the restaurant. The servers and owner were very nice and helpful. The food was made in a timely manner. Huge plus, the food is well priced and the portioning is good as well. I loved the ambiance of the restaurant. The place was nicely decorated and well lit up. There was a wall full of greenery which was cool.If you're around Mountlake Terrance and craving southeastern Asian food, try this place!

I've heard this restaurant is relatively new so we decided to give it a try. We walked into really loud music by the local high school jazz band, don't get me wrong, the music was great and I fully support supporting locals. But the music was too loud for the size of the restaurant. We couldn't really hold a normal conversation. I know it's not a regular thing so I will cut them some slack. Food was very mediocre, definitely on the saltier side. There was nothing special about any of the dishes. The restaurant looks clean and neat which is good! The service was good also. They got a pour your own beer with variety of options which is cool. But all in all, this place is just... okay.

(3.5 rounded up) I don't consume alcohol so this review will solely be focusing on the food. I can see this place being very fun for the beer lovers because even I wanted to try the card + tap system they have. Friendly service. Very clean and modern space. You order using the QR code provided. I recommend connecting to the WiFi because I didn't have the best cell service. We tried a few items:- Spicy chicken: the menu said that it'd be salty but I didn't expect it to be THAT salty. Maybe it'd be better with beer? - Dragon fire noodles: a bit too sweet to my liking. I usually appreciate a good sweet & savory blend, but this one was a bit off balance for me. - Roasted brussels sprouts: fish sauce was such a smart and nice touch to the classic dish. Crispy on the outside and tender on the inside. Really enjoyed this one.- Garlic fried rice: this was what kept me from getting sodium poisoning probably haha. Really enjoyed this one too. Seasoning was just enough and the garlic crisps added a nice layer of texture. Will come back to try a few more items, but definitely not the spicy chicken.

This was my first time at this place and I love it! The ambience of the restaurant is very aesthetically pleasing. I love the moss live painting they have on the wall it gives it a great feel. Overall the restaurant is very clean. Food was SO DELICIOUS! I had the garlic fried rice and my friend had the chicken nanban udon. The fried rice was so flavorful (lots of garlic). The lupcheong pieces were small but overall the dish was delicious and not too oily. My friend said the udon was a little on the sweet side but also very good. We also ordered the kimchi cucumber. While it is not the same as traditional Korean kimchi cucumber and more like a kochujang cucumber salad, it was flavorful and delicious. If you are not used to spice, you may find this spicy. I love spicy food so this wasn't spicy for me at all. We also had dessert: mochi brownie with ice cream. I would describe it as a cake like chocolate butter mochi. Lightly sweet and delicious. Also felt the dishes were reasonably priced for the size of the dishes. Great place to meet friends or just for a casual dinner. We also enjoyed the self serve beer/cider taps. Their card tap system was easy to use: you only pay for what you pour. And prices were very reasonable. Service was also excellent! You are given a QR code you can use to place your order and pay before you leave. You can order food a little at a time as well if you are sharing or just not ready to order all at once. There are photos included with descriptions on the order form which I found so helpful. We only waited 5-10 mins after ordering to get our food! So fast! Also our water was refilled quite frequently and waiters come by to take away dishes pretty timely. Overall a great experience and can't wait to come again!

***MUST TRY ITEMS: Chicken Naanban (unsure if that's the spelling) and Happy CheesecakeThe chicken Naanban is a melt-in-your-mouth small plate with a sauce that's delicious enough to bottle and sell on its own. I would put that on salad any day ! The happy cheesecake is a creamy, yuzu topped dessert with a chewy crust. I could eat multiple of those in one sitting. The other rice bowl dishes are a great option if you're looking for a balanced meal because it comes with pickled veges, regular veg, rice and a protein ! You can eat each part one by one or mix it all up for a whole harmony of flavor and texture. Last but not least, the udon was soft and still slightly chewy. The pork in both dishes (udon and rice bowl) was super tender, even the fatty parts. The owners and the server were all very friendly and attentive. It is nice to see the owners of the restaurant out and about even on a regular Tuesday. My favorite thing about this place is the self serve drink wall and the decor ! There was a bubble machine running outside the front and overall, the space is earthy. A hidden gem in Mountlake Terrace for sure. Can't wait to be back
