A really, really doughy bagel which was PERFECT. The bacon was thickly sliced. I got a BLT with avocado and mayo. The everything bagel was perfectly salty too. I've been hesitant to go into Bagelsaurus due to their line always being out the door. Service is fast, the line moves very quickly for 9am on a Sunday. The interior itself is small, but they make use of the space they have with bar-top seating and some tables and chairs.

ANYONE WHO GAVE BAD REVIEWS WHO HATES BAGEL IN BAGELSAURUS IS BECAUSE THEY ONLY LIKE SOFT PLAINLESS SUGARY BAGEL THAT SELLED IN STOP AND SHOP OR MARKET BASKET.Bagel in BAGELSAURUS is chewy and flavorful. The more you chew in your mouth, the more flavor it comes out. You can taste the flour, actually the beauty of carb, instead of a sugary dough which you put in your mouth and swallow like you are eating food just for surviving. However I am glad that still the line proves majority of market appreciate eating, not devouring. Calories is great until it goes through your whole digestive system and realized life is great with a simple fucking bagel:)Have a great day!

My go to place for bagels all throughout college! My order is: plain bagel, scallion cream cheese with an egg. Delicious delicious delicious. The bagel is unlike any other bagel, crispy exterior and chewy/fluffy interior. Love love love them!! Workers are really nice and the service is good eventhough it is so so busy. Wish we could preorder.

Finally got to try Bagelsaurus after wanting to check it out for sooo long! I got there around 10am on a Sunday and there was already a line formed in front of the cafe. But don't worry - it's a fast moving line! I got to order after like ten minutes max. The wait for your order isn't that long as well. Watching the bagel assembly is really satisfying - everyone knows what they are doing and very efficient! It has quite a few seats and they are most likely taken on the weekends. They definitely have a great range of bagels and cream cheese selections, and also add-ons! The cheddar garlic bagel with scallion cream cheese was chef's kiss along with smoke salmon and onions! Also got to try their spicy peppers cream cheese and I love that as well - it has a subtle kick.If I have to complain, I just wish they have a better selection of coffee.- 8.5/10

Love coming to this place- really delicious bagels but must go early other wise very long line. Also parking can be kinda annoying- normally go on the side streets. I did a traditional everything bagel with cream cheese but my friend did a sandwich. Both options are worth it. Very good bagels.

This place was packed noon on a Saturday and we had to wait in line for 5 min to place our order as things kept selling out.Good;- The bagel was so cheap and simple yet the rosemary cream cheese elevated the experience so much that it was so tasty and memorable.- Nice beautiful seating inside, wooden aesthetic Bad:- Sells out super quick Overall would come back for super unique bagels.

Expect a long line on a weekend morning, but one that moves pretty fast. The bagels are fresh and chewy like no other, and the filings are delicious. My friend and I tried the BLT and the lox bagel, and both were super delicious.

We are visiting Boston and staying in the Cambridge area. We were looking for breakfast and found Bagelsaurus. The bagels were delicious. We got the cold smoked salmon on a sesame bagel and a classic jumbo on an everything bagel. The cold smoked salmon bagel was excellent! The capers were not too intense and had just the right amount of dill. The classic jumbo was very good, too. The egg looked like they cooked it over-easy with a soft yolk. The bagels are hand-made locally. They were delicious and had a lovely texture. The dining area is small. We ate at a counter along the wall with stools. Their wifi was a great help as we planned our escapades for the day.The bus stop(MTBA 77 and 96) is very close to Bagelsaurus.

Wow I can't believe I hadn't been to Bagelsaurus after almost 5 years of living in Cambridge. My friends and I showed up around 9:15 on a Saturday morning, so unsurprisingly, there was a pretty long queue that stretched out the door. However, the queue moves very quickly, and they get your food ready in very little time, so we all got our bagels within 20ish minutes of joining the queue.I ordered the eggspañola sandwich on a cheddar garlic bagel, which was super delicious. The over-medium egg was cooked very nicely - a little bland on its own, but went really well with the feta cheese. The bagel itself was not too salty, and the garlic and cheddar were very present without being too heavy or overpowering. Also, the aioli was fantastic - possibly my favourite part of the whole sandwich haha and really tied together the excellent overall flavour profile. (Advice for cilantro-haters like me - not to worry, the green diced leaves are parsley heh)I feel like the quality was roughly commensurate with Black Sheep, although I think I liked the selection of bagel sandwiches more here. Also, I think the price point is a bit higher at Black Sheep compared to here. (But definitely both are excellent options for sure.)Anyway, super super yum and I wish I had come to try Bagelsaurus earlier!! I'll definitely be back more often whenever I'm in the area.

So I guess this is an unpopular opinion but I wasn't a huge fan of Bagelsaurus. I stopped by at noon on Wednesday. They were sold out of all but 4 bagel varieties (I believe it was sesame, French toast, sea salt, and plain). I was a little bummed because I really wanted to try the pretzel bagel but I also definitely don't hold it against them that the selection was limited. Obviously they're very beloved so I take that as a good sign! I ended up going with the sea salt bagel with scallion cream cheese. You order at the counter and they call out your name when it's ready. There are only 4 small tables so I waited a bit until one opened up. It seems like most people take their orders to go but I don't live nearby and the weather was too yucky to eat outside. As far as the bagel itself, I just wasn't the biggest fan. It was very chewy, which I don't usually mind I a bagel as long as it has a nice fluffy inside, but this one was bordering on being tough. I also just didn't love the sourdough flavor. As far as positives, the scallion cream cheese was good and very generously portioned. I also got a coffee, which was ok but a bit bitter for my liking. I don't think I'll be revisiting Bagelsaurus, just because I've had better bagels in the Boston area, but if I do I'll stop by earlier in the day and see if the bagels are better when they're fresher.
