When I am feeling nostalgic about Hawaii I swing by this coffee shop that serves up coffee sourced from Kona and some delicious coffee iced cubes. Service is quick and friendly and ambiance is okay- doesn't feel as warm and inviting as other coffee shops but this is more of a grab and go place for me. My drink is the iced americano with coconut milk. It gives me that hint of Hawaii that I miss since living in Nashville. They have a ton of flavor options and I hope to go back and try the Mac nut latte soon!

Can't swing a trip to Hawaii at the moment? Bad Ass Coffee may be your next best bet. This morning I decided to put away my (subpar) Keurig coffee and opted to find a new coffee shop to start my day off. I stumbled across Bad Ass Coffee. The name intrigued me of course and, with the stellar reviews, I had made up my mind to check it out.Tucked away at the end of a building complex near Taco Mama and Rock N' Roll Sushi, I was surprised I had not noticed this place before. Upon entering, it was clear that Bad Ass Coffee had a chill vibe and would be a great place to hang out. I'm a big fan of Starbucks' Iced Brown Sugar Oatmilk Shaken Espresso, so I opted to try the Island Bloom Shaken Espresso, a signature espresso combined with oat milk, lavender, and coconut. It was delicious. Somehow it had transported me back to Hawaii, although I had admittedly never tried the coffee when I had visited over a decade ago. Someone had mentioned the ice cubes being amazing. I was confused until I realized they were coffee ice cubes- amazing! The biggest mistake I made was going with the 16 oz instead of the 24 oz. I will be back!

After trying the location in Maui, how could I not support this one. The staff was so friendly. i got a iced macadamias latte since it was dejavu to what I got when in Maui. It was refreshing as we walked to visited Vanderbilt University and Centennial park nearby

The owner and manager should be ashamed of themselves. We spent over 25 minutes waiting for an iced coffee and blended coffee drink. One woman in line waited over an hour for an everything bagel to be toasted. If it incomprehensible how a coffee shop can only have one person taking orders and making drinks while a second person hides in the kitchen bringing out food but can't even muster the energy to call out peoples names. This was an awful experience for us and we will not be back.

Stopped in shortly after they opened, and it's a cool spot. Lots of seating inside. Coffee wasn't my favorite but it could also be that they weren't in the groove yet. I would go back and try again.

This place was incredible, such a cute tucked-away gem. I grew up on Kona coffee, so the fact they had 100 percent Kona was a dream. Of course, I had a cup and it was delicious. The workers were so incredibly nice and it was super cool to read up on their story of how they came to be :)

The latter and the food was good. The inside was spacious for students to study. The customer service was pretty utilitarian because the staff was clearly under paid and uninterested in the patrons or service with a smile.

I think this place is quite new, so it was a tad bit hard to find, but it's the last place in this little complex. The people who worked here were very nice & helpful. This place compares to a few coffee shops/franchises that are in my hometown, so I kinda knew what to expect. I got the hazelnut hula, and although it was a tad bit on the sweeter side, it was so good! Definitely recommend and hope they open one in Texas!
