I never trust a BBQ spot I dnt see smoke coming from. Luckily I pass this place often and I see that. I had tried them before, at catered events. Randomly decided to stop by and I see why there is always a packed parking lot. This location was tried by several businesses for years, leading one to believe it's the location of the business. However, they proved that myth wrong; simply when your product is good the people will come. I learned it is a family black business which makes it more special, especially in the area which is undergoing such drastic change. I ordered rib tips plate with came with 2 sides, I did Cole slaw and greens; all great. my only complaint was a whole plate I got a 2 small sauces. Well done bbq doesn't need a lot of sauce and I was able to enjoy it as it was made which was still delicious. Great job!

Extremely poor service. I try to support black business and the big homie but I can't tolerate poor service. I'll spend my money where I feel appreciated. If I were you I would too.The mustard seed is right behind this poorly ran hole in the wall. They have better food and service.Maybe if they fix the ppl at the register I'd come back but until then I'd stay away and the food was bland. There's no world famous nothing in this trash spot!

It's my first time here, and I truly enjoyed my food. I ordered the ribs sandwich, smoked wings with fried broccoli, and macaroni. The meats were so juicy that it fell off the bone. The cashier was nice and I look forward to visiting next time I'm in the area.... I just realized I didn't snap a picture of my smoked wings plate. Smh. They also had a few seats on the inside in case you wanted to dine in.

The best BBQ in this area hands down. You have to be patient with the ones taking your order sometimes but it's worth it.

The food is insane, the meat really does fall off the bone, the collards are some of the best in Atlanta and their customer service is excellent! They are the best kept secrets for BBQ in Atlanta and I cannot wait to go back. I keep begging my office to get them to cater for us, I crave it even at work!

The food is okay, but they do that ghetto stuff where a place will close before they close, so they tell you they out of food because they don't want to cook it. Oh and be prepared to wait might want to bring a snack while you wait for your food. be mindful there hours of operation is never consistent. Never Going Back! The Food Not Worth The Trouble!

This restaurant was so good we went two days in a row! Everything was fresh, flavorful, and the customer service was top notch! When we're back in Atlanta BackYard Grill is a must!
