I'm not even exaggerating when I say that Aaron's Bagels has the best bagels. The inside of their bagels are so, so soft, and I was able to enjoy them both toasted and untoasted (which I personally think is quite the feat). We got a tub of their lox schmear, and wow, their fresh cream cheese is so delicious! It was some of the fluffiest, freshest cream cheese that I've ever had. I got them delivered (via their website), but they're also available at a few local cafes and Ballard farmer's market. We'll definitely be getting bagels from them again soon!!

Got bagels out of the whim at Ballard farmer market because it looked good, but oh my goodness, I think this tops the best bagel I've tried in Seattle PLUS the hot honey cream cheese?!?! Amazing. Would be coming often to get a dozen next time and more cream cheese...!

Went there at Fremont market. The bagels are well priced and nice. The bagel sandwiches are little on pricier side but not bad at all. I would visit to simply pickup bagel.

Heaven on EARTH! Aaron's bagels are fluffy and delicious. The delivery process was so easy and I chose multiple flavors to try. The everything and salted bagels were my favorite! If you don't feel like having them delivered, you can check out which local farmers market they will be at on the weekends!

I have a friend who grew up on the east coast and lives in the Fremont neighborhood she from time to time would make her own bagels. She raved about Aaron's Bagels. I live in Ballard and don't always make it to the Sunday market in Fremont. I also have favorite place in Ballard I go to for bagels. However I picked up a dozen assorted savory this past Sunday two each of poppy seed, sesame seed, salt, everything, garlic and plain at the Ballard Farmer's Market at Aaron's Bagels first time at my neighborhood. These were so good, I shared six with some friends. I didn't get any shmears cause I wasn't headed straight home but I may have to try one of them next time. I kept them in a paper bag till the next day cause I didn't have any ziplock bags at home to put them into. It was still soft in the middle. Perfect texture outside and in. Definitely will be one of my stops when they're in Balllard

It was a little scary moving 15 miles south of Seattle, but overall it has been good. But where to get good bagels? I asked at my synagogue and the person said "Costco." I am skeptical. How nice to find Aaron's Bagels at the Des Moines farmer's market. There are only a handful of flavors, but they have the ones we like (me: Everything, hubby: Plain) and they are yummy. I like how they put the everything seasoning on BOTH sides of the bagel. I wasn't as wowed by their green onion schmear, but it was at least green.

Okay we know that the Seattle bagel game has been stepping up the last few years... I was pretty skeptical on yet another bagel place but I'm glad I tried it for myself this weekend - mini haul was from the Ballard farmers market!I was originally going to get two and I was contemplating between the sesame and garlic as my second choice (first choice is always EVERYTHING) and I asked the lovely lady at the stand and she said why not get both? Fabulous idea and done! Someone give this woman a raise. I went with the lox schmear to go along with the three bagels. The schmear was so perfectly creamy (definitely tastes handmade and not that Phillys tub) and my only wish would be that it would have more pieces of lox! Test of a great bagel? Try it untoasted. These did not let me down - perfectly chewy on the outside with the best inside crumb. Not too dense but not too airy. It took everything in me to not eat all three bagels in one sitting. Not sure if the hot Cheetos bagel is a weekly offering but I was super intrigued and now regretting not getting (damn my healthy gorl Sunday farmers market vibes). I'm sure it is phenomenal. I can't wait to make this my weekly ritual - thank you for an amazing experience, Aaron's bagels!

Aaron has a stand at the Des Moines farmers market on Saturday. We drive 30 miles for his bagels. They are the best you can get in the Pacific Northwest. Well worth the drive!
