Back East Bagels

Great bagel shop really clean with an excellent menu. They're usually open till 1 pm if they haven't sold out. The menu has a wide variety of options for a bagel shop and service is generally great.

Service was the worst ever - we had placed a large order in advance to be pickedUp at 9 am for a special event it was bagged and ready to go but when we gave our name the girl said doesn't matter you have to go standIn line with every one else's. 40 minutes later we were handedOur bag and late for event. Bagels areGood but no better than any other so why would I want to go back - several other rude comments were made obviously they don't know how to treat a customer - we won't be back and will def share with family and friends as well. Get some people skills not rocket science

I go out of my way to drive here once a week when I nanny because I love their bagels. I'm from Tucson and nowhere up here has good bagels except for back east. The staff is super sweet and I like the fast pace environment. You'll know it's good when you see the line on the weekends! Check it out

We've gone here quite a bit recently! It's hard to find a bagel joint these days that doesn't run $6 for a cream cheese bagel... this place is very well priced and delicious.

I love me a good bagel, as does my boyfriend. He took me here in February because he enjoys this spot, and I liked the bacon-egg-n-cheese bagel sandwich I got. I got the garlic bagel, which was not too overwhelming in flavor, and so dense and delicious. The orange juice tasted so fresh as well. For two bagel sandwiches and two orange juices, it was probably around $25. Not too bad, in this day and age. Then we went back this past weekend, and I was so disappointed. The first visit's sandwich was quite packed with bacon, and this most recent visit, I had such minimal bacon bits that it was as if I had no bacon in it. Also, the first time, the bacon was a bit crispy, and this last time it was not cooked as well. My sandwich was prepared sloppily in comparison to my boyfriend's, and unevenly aligned. This was disappointing, especially since my boyfriend would frequent this establishment. The place itself is cool with all the license plates on the wall and it does get very busy with a line out the door (but goes pretty fast), but I wish the food was consistent.

Smaller more dense compared to other bagel spots in the valley.Egg and sausage are mixed and microwaved (pre cooked) No flavor on the jalepeno cream cheese Jalepeno bagel is a more of a red pepper flake baked in and topped. Spicy but not flavorful. Out of most of the bagels (No every thing) Cream cheese (plain) is flavorless and the salt bagel (bottom) has a sourdough or egg bagel flavor Salt top is salty (duh) and crunchy.Overall we would not return as there are really great places in the valley and this one just didn't land for us. Also.. they sell out, but according to the cashier they sell out because they are short staffed so they don't make as much.

I want to ensure that the beautiful ladies Athena, Sam, and I cannot remember the third lady's name, but they are all so sweet and lovely, and they get noticed for being so extraordinary. Every time I come here, they welcome me with a smile. I feel these ladies work very hard and have excellent customer service when these ladies are working. I was here a few days ago and a gentleman made me the WORST smoothie I have ever had. He made me a cup of cold soup it felt. These ladies ALWAYS make me a great smoothie. I also go because they all have beautiful smiles. :) Thank you, ladies, for making my experience amazing. I will keep coming back. (not if the guy is making smoothies!!!). I tell you all this, I went back and the gentleman offered to make it right. I was very impressed with that. These people are so nice and I love it here. The ladies are amazing!!

Yummy bagels. They're not huge, but they are tasty. Small, locally owned spot, which I will always support. Service was friendly. They had about a dozen bagel options. I got a breakfast sandwich with egg, cheese, and bacon on an everything bagel. I really liked that their everything bagels have salt flakes in them as well. Would recommend for a quick breakfast or lunch break.

Chewy flavorful bagel. Reuben was just right, Bacon spinach tomato w avocado bagel sandwich was loaded w bacon. I loved it. Husband LOVED the Cuban sandwich bagel. All very flavorful and well done. Great brunch
