I have visited this establishment twice and I have very much enjoyed the ambience and customer service provided. It is very cute and cozy. The staff were cheerful and extremely pleasant the entire time we were there. On both occasions my girlfriends and I overextended our visit because we lost track of time trying to catch up on each other. I really appreciate the staff for not attempting to rush us out. We had not seen each other in a long time.My favorites are the blood orange and tres leches cupcakes along with a nice cup of their americano. My friends enjoyed their cupcakes so much, they purchased more cupcakes towards the end to take home to their families. I highly recommend this Babycakes :D

Customer service was amazing, aesthetics and taste we good, but the price for what you get.. it could have been a lot better.I ordered my gender reveal 6" heart-shaped cake and paid a pretty penny for it. (Over $100). Cassie and the whole team were so kind and understanding and patient with me when I changed the date about 4-5 times. My cake was so cute, but once we cut into it, it was pretty much 50-70% icing. Quite a let down for us.We are, however, willing to order from them again one day for a second impression.

Babycakes has some of the best cupcakes I've ever had! The cupcakes are incredibly tasty, delicious, and always moist and soft. The frosting is perfectly balanced--not too sweet, just the right amount to complement the cake without overpowering it. Plus, the cupcakes are huge, so you definitely get your money's worth. They're also beautifully made, often so pretty that it's almost hard to take the first bite. If you're looking for a treat that's as visually stunning as it is delicious, Babycakes is the place to go!

We had a wonderful experience with Babycakes who delivered our wedding cake to our venue in Coronado Island. We had their signature carrot cake and the lemon Bavarian layered, which were both exceptional flavors. We were so pleased with the quality of the cake and it's appearance. The buttercream frosting was delicious. All our guests at our reception loved the cake!

We have ordered from here a few times. Customer service is great. The taste of the cupcake is good, but I would not recommend ordering any very detailed custom cakes or cupcakes. The services are very limited. The design I requested is definitely not what I received. The cake tasted great, but the design left much to be desired.

Very detailed and adorably decorated! Each cupcake has its own character ...own flavors, own design! There are pre-made cupcakes to choose from. Pre order ahead for vegan or special requests. Kitchen is open.. you can see all the workers hard at work! No place to sit and eat. More for pick up orders at this location. For sit down...try the Hillcrest location!

There is a display case with assorted cupcakes. Friendly staff, came in and was greeted. Really fast service and everything was packaged really nice. I believe each cupcake is $6, but they are big cupcakes and they do seem very appetizing.
