Here's the deal:Service- it was great! Our waitress was attentive and friendly.Ambiance- we sat outside and it was raining and cool but their heaters are great and we were toasty,Drink- excellent!Food- the menu is great BUT, everything was super salty. I like my food well seasoned and this was too much for me. Every single dish (and we had a lot because our party of 4 ordered from the happy hour menu) was so salty. It kind of ruined the experience. So overall, we probably won't go back. Which sucks because it's a nice place!

For the first time in 45 years, we decided to ditch the holiday cooking and go to a restaurant for Christmas Eve dinner. We chose B-Town because they had reservations available on OpenTable. I would have never known about them otherwise since I was coming up from the Seattle area.Let me just say that everything about our meal was excellent. We had four adults and two children, and I was pleasantly surprised that they had a children's menu available (that wasn't listed on the website and almost deterred up from going). We were seated promptly at our reservation time. The ambience was beautiful with modern decor, a fireplace on the patio, and nice lighting throughout. We started off with cocktails and appetizers, as we got there while it was still Happy Hour. We ordered the soy ginger chicken wings, the coconut shrimp (more like a Thai curry shrimp - not what we pictured but still very good),, and the Parmesan Truffle fries with aioli. All of it came out quickly, hot, perfectly cooked, high-quality and delicious. We order the Salmon Banh Mi Bowl, Ahi Poke, Ahi Steak, and the kid's chicken strips and fish and chips.Other than the Ahi steak, the portions were large and we had leftover. For $10, the kids entrées were a steal. I loved my salmon, and my husband loved his Ahi steak. The Ahi was more of a lighter fare meal served just with greens, but I had so much fried rice with my meal that I could easily give him a large serving of it. We all raved about how good everything was. Finally, our server was excellent. She got everything right. She kept our waters full, she was kind and funny and helpful. I wish I could remember her name. She was the ultimate professional when my elderly dad wouldn't stop talking and she was clearly busy. All in all, our experience was top-notch. Don't think of this place as your usual hotel restaurant that you expect to be average. This place is a gem. Super great find.

We didn't realize this place was in a hotel until we got here. We were just searching for a place to stop for lunch on the drive from Seattle to Vancouver. Overall, we enjoyed the lunch. The menu had a lot of items that appealed to us. It was a shame it took 35 minutes from ordering to get our lunch. And there was only one other occupied table in the restaurant. I really enjoyed the ahi tacos. My other enjoyed his burger. The fries were wonderfully crispy, but we paid to upgrade to truffle fries, and you could not taste the truffle. The cod taco was also pretty good. The chicken club wasn't a club at all. And even with only 2 pieces of bread, there was just too much bread. The waitress wasn't particularly helpful.

We did brunch with friends here last weekend. We had heard good things and were excited to try it out. To say we were disappointed would be an understatement. The restaurant was practically empty, just us and three other groups with less than five people each. But still it took 30mins to get our drinks, and almost an hour on the food. The staff was friendly, the music was excellent, the restaurant was clean; but those wait times for food and drinks were ridiculous. With wait times like that and average tasting food we likely won't be back.

Continues to be fabulous! Especially loved their mixed salad which is a wonder of fruits and greens, the B-Town burger which can't be beat, and the chili coconut shrimp dish is a wonder--fat juicy shrimp with an incredible sauce. Sam and crew were great. Dave is always a help. Love this place.

Super disappointing... why advertise as a raw bar when they don't serve seafood until the 4pm. Did I mention they don't even have a raw bar chef for seafood? I also didn't realize cooking is required at a raw bar. Their current menu is limited offering nothing fresh. For crying out loud, the Puget Sound is within their back yard. This is subpar hotel restaurant at best.

We were here two nights in a row for a wedding weekend and the bartender was absolutely fantastic (Mark) - I'm not sure if he still works there but I hope so. We had a large group and drank A LOT. Some people ordered food but I never had any. Supposedly their oyster happy hour is wonderful. I really liked their cocktails. When I was tired of drinking, Mark was very nice and let me enjoy more gummy bears on their own. Definitely the most fun hotel bar I've ever been to and it was mainly because of our charismatic bartender.

First Time Experience. Happy Hour 3-6pm daily and other times posted on their menu, otherwise prices are pretty spendy. We ordered from the Happy Hour Menu. The drinks and food arrived timely, and I was pleased with the taste and presentation. Brussel Sprouts were delicious with the added bacon and Jalapeños.Chicken Dumplings had a good crisp to the bottom and great flavorHubby enjoyed the Caesar Salad. I added raspberry to the Moscow Mule With a table of 8 our server did an amazing job! She stopped by frequently to check up on drinks, and also to take away dishes. While we had a reservation at 5PM on Saturday they sat us early starting 4:30PM when we started to arrive. Inside was inviting, not too big, but doubled in size with the outside covered patio.

While waiting for someone coming in on Bellair Airporter I stopped in at B-Town for first time. (It's in the Four Points Sheraton)The place was really busy! I ordered an ale & clam chowder. It was the best clam chowder I've had in recent memory! I want to go back & try some other menu items!

I LOVE THIS PLACE! It's a hidden gem found at the Four Points by Sheraton... The service is top-notch: friendly and knowledgeable! The server Sam made the best wine pairing suggestion with my fish tacos and delivered everything with a genuine smile. The fish tacos definitely have a KICK to them! I opted for the cod as it is my favorite :) and it was so very delicious... I ate the last two bites even though I was already full. The chowder was perfection. The size of the potatoes, the amount of clams, the nuanced herb flavors, temperature... PERFECT. And they carry San Pelligrino-- best water ever. :) The outdoor patio spot is the best as they have fireplaces going and clear tvs to hang out comfortably... I definitely recommend B-Town!!
