Top notch salsa and chips. It's really the simple things that bring me so much pleasure. I could eat just the salsa and chips for a whole meal. You get one set of salsa and chips as complementary for the table.Their happy hour menu had really good deals. I got the guacamole and chips and the blackened fish tacos. I found the fish tacos to be a little disappointing because they were under seasoned and lack in flavor, though everything was cooked well. However, Salsa made up for it so I just lathered the salsa on my tacos. I definitely want to go back to try other things on the menu. Definitely want to take advantage of their happy hour items.Service was fast and friendly. Ambience was lively and even though it was early dinner the place was already full. There is a parking lot and I was lucky to find a spot out front.

Food *****Service *****Ambiance ****While we enjoy Indigo and have never had anything that wasn't top quality, we gave Azul a try. Since they offer Carnitas, we decided to both order Carnitas. We were a little disappointed when the Carnitas turned out to be a bit on the bland side spice wise and had not been cooked again on the grill just before serving. We have found the best Carnitas at Julio's in Bothel.

This is a very good Mexican Restaurant. The Tacos Al Pastor were incredible, and the Queso with chorizo was very good. I had a great server, he provided outstanding service. I went during happy hour, and the happy hour menu was very extensive and very affordable. I highly recommend this restaurant.

Food , service and the outdoor seating was great! Happy hour menu was also good although we opted for the agave margarita's which are not on the happy hour menu. We will go back!

We almost closed this place down on a rainy Sunday night. We left at 11pm and people were still enjoying at the bar. Great food, service and the tastiest chips & salsa. My friend ordered a Cobb salad while I enjoyed the spicy steak bites from their appetizer menu. Always a great meal!

I'll start by saying that the food here is very good. I would not call it a Mexican restaurant, nor a Tex-Mex. I would call it Gringo-Mex. I am not denigrating them in any way. What they do, they do it very well. For example, their Carne Asada is a delicious steak flavored with carne asada spices, but it is served with mashed potatoes and vegetables. I repeat, their food is delicious. The Happy Hour is great. The food line-up is extensive and the quality is excellent. I was disappointed that the only beer discounted was Ranier, but they have a good selection of craft beers on tap. Azul is going on my Happy Hour Collection.Later that night and all next day, I had the worst case of food poisoning in my life. Because I don't know for sure that the cause was the chicken or the calamari, I won't change the rating stars.

Great selection of foods for everyone (especially vegetarians). The staff does a great job of letting you know what is made with meat and/or beef/chicken broth. Great environment and a good place for brunch, too!

Happy hour is the best way to eat at Azul. This place gets super busy, so would recommend coming early or joining the virtual wait list. It is not uncommon to have a long wait. We got the chicken taqueria, tacos al pastor, and nachoes (hold the jalapeños). We also tried the happy hour margaritas. My favorite was the nachoes that come with a huge scoop of flavorful sour cream and guacamole. I also got to try the sangria which was quite sweet but flavorful and fruity. The margaritas were well balanced and not too sweet. Service was prompt and friendly.

So good, ain't no shame in coming as a party of 1!!!Had some time to kill on a Saturday night and was in the area, so I made the stop in for my favorite Chop Chop Salad and the best salsa in the Greater Seattle area HANDS DOWN. Found a table in the busy bar, and was brought menus immediately. My server checked in right away offering chips and salsa, and took my order for the spicy skinny marg I already knew I wanted. Despite being a party of one, occupying a 4-top (there were no bar top seats available), my server was kind and attentive. I got my fix with the salad, salsa, and marg. Bar and dining area were busy, with a steady inbound flow. Hip music, low lighting, and the white noise of chatter made for a comfortable and relaxing solo quick sip and bite.

This is a great little place, almost a hole in the wall if it wasn't in mill creek proper. Nice bar. Get whatever you want. FullPrice! It's mill creek after all. And please tipYour bartender. They work hard for you when you're drunk. Don't you own em one. Food is funky for me, but good. The blackened salmon tacos and a couple house margaritas (doubles of course) are delicious!! Staff are nice and well trained. Great service. Raise your hand. They be right there. This place gets busy on Friday night. (Remember the tip thing). 15 year customer here. #SingleWomen gentlemen. Great safe place. Nice people. North of Seattle but not Everett.
