AzteCalli Food Truck

I was shopping in Alderwood and came on a whim to this taco truck because it had good reviews. I couldn't have been more blown away. The food was super fresh and delicious. The meat was so well-seasoned and the tortillas were so flavorful. Not sure it was the most inexpensive taco truck, but it's probably the best taco truck I've ever eaten at period. I really also like the option of getting a beer or wine and taking your food to the brewery next door. If you're in the area, you need to stop by the taco truck because it has great authentic restaurant -quality food. $20,00 for three tacos with the rice and beans was a little bit high for a food truck, but, it was well worth it. Their guacamole cream sauce was so delicious I couldn't stop eating it and even asked for an order of chips to go with the extra sauce that I had left from my meal! This is my new favorite taco truck in all of Seattle!

First time coming here and the food was really good! The pollo tacos were very flavorful/well seasoned and not dry!! The quesadilla was a good portion and the pico and guac were fresh and great too. There is a nice outside seating area so I would recommend to come on a sunny day! (there is also a covered table).

Amazing gluten-friendly tacos, mulitas, and quesa burrias! Many more tasty options for those who can eat gluten. Friendly customer service and fast! Love coming here when we're at the brewery where they park.

It was my first time. Got the Al pastor tacos and they were delicious. The way they put your tacos is perfect. The rice was amazing. We got to sit outside and very clean place.

This was our second visit to the Food truck outside of Peace of Mind Brewing. There is a covered tent now right outside of the truck or if you are drinking at Peace of Mind can eat inside or at outside patio. There was an option for 8 different tacos and we ordered 5 of them; Carne Asasa, Al Pastor, Carnitas, Lengua, and Pollo. My order taker was friendly and confirmed that all the tacos have no cheese. Our friend ordered right after me and both our orders came out at the same time under 10 minutes. We all thoroughly enjoyed our food! The tacos were warm, a little crisp to the tortillas, great flavors and incredibly tender texture to the meats. The Carnitas and Lengua were our favorite. The red salsa they provided was delicious and has a little heat.

Delicious and quick!We both got Quessabirria and it was so good. Hot and delicious, and stayed hot even while we were sitting outside in the chilly air. No one else was there, so we got up, put in our order and were taken care of right away. It was just a quick drop in after visiting the business Costco, and I think we'll stop by the next time we're going as well.

The tacos here are so good. The staff are so kind. I've been here twice this week for tacos asada.

Flavorful food. We have tried the asada, adobada, and carnitas tacos. As well as the chicken quesadilla. All amazing food that had replaced a taco truck that's closer! The sauces,salsas, and pico de gallo are flavorful as well. Love that's peace of mind brewing is next door.

If you haven't been there go now. Food is on point. Service is very good. This has become my new spot. Highly recommend
