The service at this location is absolutely hands down 5 star. They learn your name and your preferences very quickly. I eat here about once a week. I have tried most of the things on their huge menu. It is all good standard Mexican Restaurant good. A bit mild for my taste but you can pay a bit extra and ask them for their hot salsa and that makes any dish you put it on delicious. This locations facility is a bit aged but again the staff make up for anything I may comment about the food or ambience. I am a regular for that very reason.

I have to say this place was a pleasant experience, food, service and ambiance was great. They accommodated me with the plate I ordered to my specification. I ordered the burrito Dos Amigos and it was very flavorful! I definitely recommend it, my daughters ordered Chicken enchiladas and cheese enchiladas very tasty! Miguel recommended us a delicious drink and he even spruced it up with what I wanted. Please try the cucumber margarita! I definitely will be eating there again soon.

My wife and I ordered from this place tonight. She specifically asked for no cheese on anything. She ordered a tamale and a taco. It had cheese all over both. The tamale looked like a turd and it was only half there. The ceviche was warm and tasted awful. I can't believe this place is in business. Run away from here.

Our waitress was very nice. We ordered the tortilla soup, quesadillas and taquitos. The soup I give a 9. The quesadillas could have been more crispy 6 and the taquitos a 8. The blackberry smash was strong and I'm leaving here on tiltThe atmosphere was good... Will definitely come again.

Starting with the good things, the ambiance and the server were absolutely stellar. The wait staff were worth the tips given because they were friendly, engaging, and responsive to my friend and I and any questions we might have. However I can't say the same for the food. The food tasted like the cooking oil was rancid. It left an awful taste in mine and my friend's mouths. I took the food because I didn't want the server thinking it was his fault, but I just can't eat it. It's going to my friend's chickens. The stars are for the people there, not the food. I would not eat there.

Ok, we've been coming to this particular Azteca Restaurant up in the Kent East Hill area for over 20 yrs now, this place always seems to hit on all cylinders, not sure how they do it but for us, they seem to most, if not all the time.The food is always very good and their staff always seem to be very friendly and engaging with the customers. Their manager, I believe, is named Maria...she's a very pleasant, super friendly person who I have seen engage with customers each time we've seen her. Maria has often stopped at our table to inquire how our meal has turned out and will often spend a little time chitchatting with us and other customers too. I can tell she works hard and takes pride in the restaurant and her staff, I think they all do there. It's very difficult to find places like this anywhere...one of the many reasons we've been coming here for over 20 years!I definitely recommend trying this place out. Our go to meal is their family steak, chicken, and shrimp fajita plate, we've never been disappointed!

We came in specifically for the steak fajitas, which is our favorite. Although the servers work very hard, they were distracted by a group of 10 or more right next to us. Makes it pretty hard to get any missing items so you can start eating. The reason for the poor review was mainly because the fajita meat had literally no flavor. It's as though it was cooked well done, sliced and thrown on a hot plate. If I wanted steak it would have been ordered rare to preserve some flavor. We ended up smothering it in other ingredients to get by but we had no salsa and no server. $74.43 plus a $20.00 tip and the only honorable mention was the strawberry margarita. I feel pretty ripped off..

The young woman who answered the phone this afternoon when I placed the order was very friendly and helpful. She and a young man assisted me in carrying the large order to my car.
