Quick and tasty sandwich spot down the road from where I work. Easy online and in person ordering.

Ordered a Tuna sandwich. The bread was super tasty! Soft and airy. However, I didn't care for the tuna. It was overly dry with no seasoning. I'm use to tuna having some sort of crunch with mayonnaise and seasoning. After putting mayonnaise on the sandwich, it was a bit better. This tuna sandwich has so much potential but is a no for me at the moment. I'd definitely come back and give another sandwich a try because again, the bread makes a sandwich for me!

I placed an order online on Monday 7/29/24. When I went to pick up my order, the restaurant was closed due to no electricity. The restaurant was closed all week. On Friday. the credit card charge posted to my account. I went back to the restaurant on Monday, August 5 to request a refund. I received an email on August 6 confirming the refund. Today is Tuesday, August 13 and I still haven't received my refund. Erica, the manager at the restaurant, said that there was nothing she could do and I should contact my bank.

I've never hated a place more for their lack of customer service. Multiple calls, reviews, and messages and they won't refund me my money. Do better AZ Sandwhich Co it's literally your job

Going Down Hill - This place seems to progressively get worse on customer service. They did away with the human at the register to place your order with, and replaced them with digital order boards. You place your own order, pay and never speak to a human, in fact the digital board calls out the order ready # and name and the humans just keep going about their business behind the counter without saying a word, quite sad really. You cannot customize your order and if you ask one of those humans they just tell you "you can't do that, we don't do that". Blah, I suppose some of the Gen Z's are down for this totally digital life but I'll be going elsewhere where you can interact with a real human and ask for extra mayo if I want it. Would give it a 1.5 if that was an option, gave it a 2 since the food is acceptable if you want quick cheap sandwiches, but I think QT across the street is just as good.

I'm typically not the sandwich kind of girl but it was my boyfriend's last day of chemotherapy and radiation and it was on his list of favorite places to eat in Tempe so he talked me into stopping in for a late lunch and in my head I thought it was going to be as bad as Subway or Firehouse so as we were looking at the menu I was trying to come up with a plan for me to eat at home so I decided to try a bacon, avocado, lettuce and tomato sandwich on a white roll with easy mayonnaise and no mustard. Surprisingly it also had I'm thinking was provolone cheese. Our order was to go so when we go home and sat down to eat I was amazed at the bacon, lettuce, tomato and cheese ratio the avocado was kind of hidden behind the lettuce but I was ok with that the sandwich was Fantastic!! I've never enjoyed eating a BLT so much and I've eaten at some really popular Deli's in Hollywood California and even there"s weren't this good. The bread was super fresh and the avocado has a really nice green color to it not that disgusting black and green that a lot of restaurants try to pass off in food. My boyfriend ordered a club and he enjoyed his like always I'm honestly glad he turned me on to this place it's in a business park and looks like it gets pretty busy considering there's a fried chicken business in the same building my experience was fun and new I enjoyed very much and highly recommend that your next sandwich be here skip Subway and give it a try.

A few friends had recommended this restaurant and I had a hankering for a good sub, so I ordered their chipotle chicken Philly on wheat bread. I placed the order on Uber Eats and unfortunately my driver ended up going to multiple stops before he got to me. But surprisingly my sub was still nice and warm! The chicken filling was generous, juicy, well seasoned and tasty. I loved the addition of the mushrooms. Everything was flavorful. The only thing that brought it down flavor wise was the bread. I am not sure if I happened to get an older one but it tasted a little stale and dry. I liked the chipotle sauce and would have liked more on the sandwich itself (luckily you can order it with extra sauce). Overall I enjoyed it and would definitely come back!PS: They also sell these brown butter Rice Krispie Treats that are very good, and a nice end to the meal.

I got the phoenix, it was pretty good. There was a good amount of meat in it and the bread was really good.

The sandwich was big and tasty with a lot of meat and toppings. However the menu doesn't inform you of the sizes of the sandwiches. They have 6 in or 12in but nothing tells you that and they don't ask when ordering if you would like a 6in or 12in.
