Avondale's Food Pick-Up

We've only ever ordered from Hawaiian Brothers from here. The food has always been great. But, the location, not so good. I've always thought that by ordering online, your food would e ready for pick up when you arrive. The last 2 times we went to pick up our order, there was no one at the counter. After waiting for 10 minutes, we had to scream hello! Hello! Before someone came from the back.Of course, our food was ready. It was sitting on a rack behind the counter.Customer service inside needs to improve.

I was confused at first. I didn't know it was one spot that had many different restaurant options to order from at the self ordering kiosk. The food I ordered was great but customer service needs improvement. You need attentive employees with great customer service skills. I didn't get that at this place.

The people in the front seems to have only one job and that's to hand over the food to people and yet they get confused and rude.

Another G/VK (ghost virtual kitchen) see my reviews on those. This has twenty four restaurants and some of them are Hawaiian Bros., Plant B, Sfera, Famous Dave's, Judy's Pizza and the brand new Sarkis Cafe!

Ordered pick up from Panera at 11:30, scheduled for 1230 pick up. Arrived at 12:30 and the food was not ready until 12:50. I could not stay because I was on my way to pick my child up from camp. They were extremely rude and unhelpful and could not help me cancel my order. I had to call Panera customer service to get a refund. I understand places are busy and shortstaffed, but this was unacceptable

I went to try this new place for the first time. I've seen it a couple of times and thought, why not? The only thing "fantastic " about it is the options they offer and the way it looks inside.I can't even comment about the food since I have to wait over 2 HOURS to get food and yet still never got it. Whoever works in the front needs a better attitude. When I asked for a refund for the long wait, they told me to call the boss since they can't do anything about it. Stupid. This place is a waste of money and time.
