Authenticos Mesquite Grille

This location has a few vendor trucks. I favor mesquite tacos as well as one other taco spot at this same location. Service is fast and friendly. Limited outdoor seating. No dining room. I tried a 3 taco combo. The carne asada, nopales and the vampiros took the place for me.

My husband and I came to this place because of the ratings but it wasn't as we expected I would recommend you get lengua, tacos as those were the best in our opinion overall the atmosphere was very inviting.

Well I've bene coming here for a few years now and can honestly say Authenticos sticks out amongst the greats! 1st off he uses arrachera (skirt steak) which is rare around the valley. It's mesquite smoked on wood so it reminds you if that family backyard BBQ asada. His pastor is also mesquite smoked and it's just as good as the asada in my opinion. He also has a wide variety of toppings like grilled onions, pico de gallo and nopales to name a few. As well I cant think of any other taquero I've been to that has fresher toppings. Also a protip if your ordering for delivery/take home, ask for toppings on the side u can steam Tacos in the micro (closed container) and add everything nice and fresh!

This is the best taco truck in south west phoenix. Their quality of meat is like no other in the area. It's clean and always flavorful. Please have patience with this place because it's always crowded. None the less, owner Issac and the staff are friendly and willing to correct any issues with your orders. Killer tacos.

Best tacos in the valley, unbelievable but I have ate here upwards of 80 times now. I got my entire work shift hooked at one point for orders on a certain day every week. Got all my friends and family hooked. It's wonderful!

After my morning walk with my baby I was really feeling like tacos. And I have been by this place many times before and wanted to try it out. Let's just say I wasn't disappointed. The tacos are amazing and the rice and beans are really good. The green and red salsa are also amazing. The green is a little less spicy but tons of smoky flavor and the red is a little on the hotter side but yet again really smoky flavor and not fake smoke but real smoke that you can taste and it adds so much more flavor to already really good tacos. The Al Pastor is really really good very tender yet flavorful very smoky really really good. The tortillas that come with it are just amazing slightly crispy yet still chewy and delicious. The addition of the cilantro and onion guacamole and radish are a nice topping but don't take away from the tacos flavors they just add to them. The price for the combo with everything on it and a drink which I upgraded to the orange jaritos was $19.06. I understand what today's prices are going up but for super good delicious tacos I'll pay that all day and you won't be disappointed! The service was good they were setting up I sat in the truck for a few minutes making sure that they were open but smooth ordering early in the morning. It is a really nice spot There were two other food trucks already there One was a chilaquiles and the other was like a smoothie thing so plenty of seating lots of people out early in the morning. I definitely will be coming back here more and more I know after I tell my wife she'll be jealous and want to come.

Bomb bomb bomb. This food hits every time . You won't regret it. Kinda wish it was a brick and mortar. But I will keep coming back.

The guy taking the orders tonight was extremely rude, my wife asked him what comes in the tacos and he said just to read the menu instead of taking time to give some customer service. We also requested to have a torta cut in half and he responded that he would give us a plastic knife to do it ourselves. The food was not that good either, I would never return or recommend anyone to support this type of attitude from the guy taking orders. Hopefully the owner handles this guys attitude or hopefully the guy taking the order isn't the owner.

Pretty good burrito, maybe a little bit overpriced but the burrito was hefty and I definitely enjoyed my meal.

Delicious food! Has a small family business feel to it, which we like. Authentic Mexican and friendly service.
