Wow, this place has become a new staple for me! Huge portions on the bowls, so come hungry! The quality and freshness of the tuna and everything else is top tier. There's two tables to sit at right in front of the truck then some seating at the bar next door. The spicy daiko starter is a combo of warm, spicy, and crunchy so good that it is a must try. The bowls were fun to customize with so many options for protein, toppings, and sauces. They make it easy to order with a clipboard that you check off everything you'd like. I really liked the fresh tuna, snow crab and the baked salmon for proteins. The spicy ponzu and spicy mayo are a perfect sauce combo. The California wrap was good but was not a stand out amongst the other things. It tastes exactly as you'd expect and comes with some kind of aioli or mayo dip. I tried the pineapple orange aloha drink and it wasn't too sweet. I really liked it! Was a good pair to all the fresh tastes in my bowl. If you're looking for a high quality, fresh bite for lunch or dinner, with a good price, this place is perfect. Not many poke places around Austin, but this place has got it down!

thank god 1 good decent Poke in Austin that is not complete garage. I m not sure how you can even make a bad bowl of Poke but it did happen to me. Not here tho. This is a great place to get a decent bowl of Poke, decent amount and friendly service. Tucked a bit away in the alley but right next to labbq you can't miss itParking : street parkingFood : Great, but this is an american poke place, all ingredients are westernized. A hawaii poke does not have all the toppings . If you want authentic Hawaii there's a different spot for that.

Some of the best poke in town!! I love wow poke - this location in particular is so nice because of lovebirds - the bar is so cute and the drinks are incredible. I always make my own bowl at wow poke with spicy tuna and seaweed and avocado and cucumbers and jalapeños with a spicy mayo and ponzu sauce. Truly my favorite poke bowl!! They also do potstickers and other apps in case you don't want raw fish! The potstickers are delicious as well!I highly recommend the poke here and everything else on the menu is also a hit!! Service is so quick and you can order online too!

My new go to poke spot! It's a food truck but there's ample amount of seating. Our order took about 5-10 mins and was delicious! Very unique sauces/seasonings and super fresh. 5/5 highly recommend! 2 poke bowls + 2 coconut waters was $40

I tried Wow poke for the first time and am impressed! The bowls are large and filling, and they have a variety of different toppings, sauces, protein, etc. I really enjoyed that you could check off the items you wanted on a checklist and hand the checklist back to the staff - I think this is a much easier way to do poke bowls, especially in a food truck. They have 2 picnic tables at this location so if they're busy you will have to take it Togo. But we were able to sit outside and enjoy. Overall I really liked the bowl I had, and I will definitely be back!

Have been wanting to try Wow Poke and was super excited to visit when in East Austin area! Right next to La Barbecue, plenty of (free) street parking throughout the neighborhoods and a popular area. Service was very friendly and fast, and the menu has something for all poke lovers! Because it was our first visit, we opted to choose one of their house poke bowls vs. build your own (though I love that they offer both!).I'm a huge poke fan and eat poke about once per week. Happy to say I really enjoyed Wow Poke and can't wait to visit again! Fresh ingredients, tasty combinations, and I love that they offer wraps, bites, and even desserts. Such a cute casual food truck spot. Portions are generous and pricing is incredibly fair. Definitely worth visiting if you're in the mood for poke and in the area!

Best place for poke in Austin! I love the large variety of options for protein (including chicken which is great for my bf that doesn't always want raw fish) . I got crab salad & shrimp tempura today but also a big fan of the ponzu truffle tuna! They also have a wide selection of topping and sauces, you'll be able to get exactly what you want from wow poke! The bowls always have a perfect balance of flavor and mixture of texture with the fish, veggies, & crunch. The serving of avocado is worth the additional $2, it's enough to share with someone else if they want a few slices too. Everything from wow poke is fresh and packed with great flavor. The bowl overall, especially the crab salad, is a bit more on the wet side which is perfect if you're a fan of sauces. If you like the taste of rice by itself I would recommend to ask for light on the sauces. This is a great spot to eat outside while the weather in Austin isn't too unbearable yet. It is window/register service since it is a food truck. Our food always comes out at the right time and everyone we interact with is very kind! Street parking but never too packed, great option for a fun spot in a cute area that isn't too congested with Austin traffic.

solid 4/5 stars I have not tried any other poke place in Austin, so my review is based on my general expectations of good poke. Taste wise, the chicken teriyaki was miles ahead of the spicy tuna. The spicy tuna was mild and did not give any flavor. I wish toppings like mango and seaweed were not additional prices. Also, since I ordered in a group, none of the sauces on the side were labeled. We got confused on whose was who. Evidently, the presentation was not at all like the online and professional photographed menu. However, I feel like the proportions were smaller than advertised. Maybe, it would be different ordering in-person. I would get again, though, since the prices, healthiness of the food, and the taste are better than majority of Austin restaurants.

Service is lovely, with Eduardo greeting you from the start and offering any support needed to make your choice. While I ordered the Mix Love Bowl, I recommend ordering a Male Your Own Poke bowl. The process of making your own is simple, as you're given a dry erase board with options to mark on your own. While the avocado and mango are added cost (but not in the house bowls), you do get to select from a wide selection of sides after choosing your choice of 2 or 3 proteins. Now, I'll admit, the quality of the fish did not blow me away. It did seem less fresh than other choices I've made for Poke (for example, Epic Poke up north). There was also a lot more rice filling up the bowl than I expected and it packed some flavor overall. The Pork Gyozas we're also just okay. Not bad, but not great. A fun choice to pair with fun beverages by Love Birds. (Currently the only food truck on site for Love Birds).
