I needed to gas up my vehicle so along the way decided to stop at Willie's where luckily he was open today. I have been visiting this food trailer so long I still remember the owner's dad working here serving the same great food, and seeing property developments around it.Today, I ordered a Bacon, Egg, and Potato breakfast taco (optional hot sauce on side) and a chopped brisket sandwich. This a cash only business to be warned and basically you take the food home with you. This was a short drive for me and easy to spot this place while driving south on RM-1826 but may miss it going the opposite direction. The owner is super nice and makes your food the way you like it.When I got home my breakfast taco was more like a burrito where one is enough for me in being so huge. It was extremely tasty, and all the ingredients mixed well with melted cheese on top and wrapped in a flour tortilla. It filled me up for the day. My wife enjoyed her bbq sandwich and it was big too where ate half for lunch and the rest for dinner. Supporting local businesses is exhilarating where in this case enjoy having a place to easily grab a burger, bbq sandwich, or breakfast tacos is a blessing.

Pros: Great service, great food, great location. Pricing is good for quantity of food. Cons: Could use some benches or a few seats out front. Could have had some extra bbq sauce for the bbq items. Cash only. After hearing positive reviews of this place, I finally decided to make a quick stop and grab some food here. Customer service was great. The breakfast tacos were delicious. The brisket taco was also really good, but wish it (and the brisket sandwich) came with an extra side of bbq sauce. Otherwise, the food was super tasty. Will definite stop by again to try the burgers.

Unassuming place with good bbq and a friendly owner. This food truck is a few miles from home.My wife enjoys the breakfast tacos (they are large so you could eat two only if very hungry). Myself, I'm here for the brisket. Brisket tacos are my favorite with pickles, onions and sauce! Cash only so make sure you have it beforehand.

I absolutely LOVE the brisket breakfast taco at Willie's. It's hefty and super delicious - smoky hunks of brisket, scrambled eggs, hash browns and gooey cheese all tucked into a flour tortilla with a side of picante sauce. Jason the owner is very friendly too. Love this place!

Great little Que trailer in Circle C. Finally tried the breakfast tacos today and we'll be back. The brisket/egg was awesome, served with pretty solid salsa. It is cash only, so that's good to remember, but it's also next door to a pharmacy and gas station, so not too hard to make it work.

WOW! I stopped by this place to surprise my co-worker with what I thought were going to be the usual lukewarm, mediocre tacos (that's what we're used to around this area). The menu was small and simple. I asked for a bacon and potato tacos. I expected a very small taco with soggy bacon and chunky, undercooked, tasteless potatoes (again, basing this on my experiences grabbing breakfast tacos around this area). What I got was a hot, fat taco, STUFFED with crispy, delicious bacon and a heaping amount of perfectly cooked potato hash!!!! When I first opened my taco I thought "oh great. This guy put RICE in my taco" - that's how finely grated this perfectly cooked potato was.The gentleman behind the small counter made my tacos to order and we engaged in a very short but pleasant conversation while he cooked them for me. Great flavor, great size and a very friendly and sweet man running the place today.Thank you so much for exceeding my snobby expectations!!!!!

Seriously the best sliced BBQ sandwich in Austin. Get it with everything (sauce, pickels and onions). I'd consider myself a BBQ snob and Jason's grub is legit. Super nice guy as well!!

My review today was supposed to be for Casino El Camino. Unfortunately my frantic mom called while I was there. I had to leave early and drive down to her house to look for her ill cat who may or may not have been bitten by something. Haven't found him yet. But I did find Willie's when I drove over to Bubba's for a 6 pack. They aren't reinventing the wheel here. This isn't a gourmet BBQ trailer. But what it is is exactly what I have been praying to the food gods for 12 years to put next to Bubba's Country Store. There has been only Bubba's and Salt Lick on 1826 for as long as i have been visiting my mom out here. A new fancy schmancy Texaco is opening soon. Phooey. But now next to Bubba's is Willie's, a BBQ and Burger trailer. Smells spewing forth were appealing. They are cash only so the ATM in Bubba's quickly took care of that problem. Inside, I even helped an older couple with directions to a nearby subdivision in 78739! Good deed done for the day.Willie's has a friendly group inside cooking up brisket sandwiches and burgers. I chose a chopped sandwich and a side of potato salad. Believe me, I will return for a burger. My sandwich was "all the way" with sauce, pickles and onions. Just a classic Texas BBQ sandwich. No frills, but tastes VERY good with it's smoky tender beef. Sure I could go down the road to Salt Lick and get a chopped beef sandwich almost as big as my head with fancier sauce. But do I really need that? Hell, no. This is a good afternoon meal for me at my vegetarian mom's house. She is at work and will never know . . .Potato salad was creamy and tangy. Miles better than Salt Lick's. But you probably already guessed that.It was implied that I would have been perfectly welcome to drink my sixer at the picnic tables out front of Willie's trailer. Aw . . . someday. For now I am back looking for that darn cat!
