Don't skip their palabok waffle fries, so goooood! I could eat that every day!!! Their ube waffle is tasty and thick- so yummy! We had their cantaloupe juice which is freshly made- not too sweet which is how it's supposed to be! Their ube latte is also good- the most ube taste I've tried in any ube + coffee marriage. Save roomFor dessert coz their ube banana pudding is also a must! I was surprised with the flavor- I wish I got two just for me!

*drooling as I'm reminiscing about this meal experience*So I am a forever groupie when it comes to anything chicken and waffles. Like a ride or die stan when it comes to this signature meal. Tell me how it took me 32 years of existence to have K-fried chicken bites and an ube waffle together to discover this food-gasmic pairing. WEH? is a must have at the Red Bus Food Park. They also have some other signature dishes worth trying, but my 5-star moment was their chicken and waffle moment.

Thursday, 9 June 2022Y'all know it's been TOO HOT even for Texas in June so it was easy to talk myself into letting someone else do the cooking and splurge on some cold sweet treats.Loco moco taco. Small package, big comfort food flavor, probably the most familiar presentation to me here as someone who learned about loco moco from Hawaiian folk living stateside. The longanisa sliders have enough heat to scare a midwestern Lutheran but you can add a shot of their spicy sauce if you like. I think they're lovely as is. A compact meal or a snack to share.Their new buko pandan mochi waffle? Love it! Their ice cream version of the cold dessert made me so happy and eating it on that hot waffle is just a delight. Sorry not sorry to friends with coconut texture issues like one of my BFFs, I'm just going to eat your share. And I finally got to try the famous ube Oreo banana pudding! What a lovely trio. Mostly pudding and Oreos, just a little banana layered in there and it is absolutely perfect. It is a very sweet dessert and half the tub satisfied me. I was looking to cool off as much as anything else and this treat did the trick.Should also take this opportunity to thank whoever keeps the hours and product up to date for the business on Yelp and their own site, as they were shut last week and had partial hours this week. It is so nice to know up front when a craving is unavailable and be able to reschedule, not having money disappear into the ether on orders which never arrive like horror stories I hear from other places. Thank you.

We discovered this place at a local farmers market in Buda. We recently just relocated from Hawaii and Ube is a big deal there. The two girls offered us some samples and we were hooked! It tasted just like home and knew we needed to try it all. The Ube Oreo Banana Pudding is AMAZING! The flavors just blend well together. The ube waffle was super flavorful as well! I am so happy to find this business to get my Ube fix in. I can't wait to return and try more of their items!

The ube waffle was decent didn't really get a lot of taro flavor coming through. The loco moco taco was solid and I don't think I ever saw a loco moco taco! The tortilla is also ube/taco infused and is bright purple but again didn't really get any of the flavor to come through.Super neat food truck park, I definitely recommend checking it out if you're in the area!

My wife and I have been looking forward to trying this place for a while...just needed to wait for the temperatures to drop down a bit since it seemed like we skipped spring and went straight to a never ending summer this year. In any case, we knew we would be dining outside and, while it was still around 90F outside at noon, there was at least a breeze so we decided to try out WEH? Odd name by the way...should've asked them where it came from.WEH? touts fusion flavors with influences from Filipino and Korean cuisine. Being Filipino American who was stationed in South Korea with the Army twice, I felt like I had a discerning palette to judge authenticity. My wife ordered the K-Chicken and Rice ($11.60) with Korean sweet and spicy sauce and I ordered the Bibimsilog Bowl with Longanisa ($13.70). We also ordered Calamansi Soda ($2.75) and Fresh Cantaloupe Juice ($2.50) with our meals. My wife liked her dish...crispy and flavorful with ample amount of chicken. She gave me her fried egg, which I readily took, since she doesn't like uncooked egg yolk. My dish had authentic bibimbap flavors (even the gochujang or chili pepper paste tasted authentic) and I liked the sweet flavor of the longanisa but I wished it had more than 3 or 4 thin slices of longanisa it was served with. The cantaloupe juice was refreshing but the calamansi soda just had subtle calamansi flavor. We would have preferred something with more robust calamansi flavor like Aloha Maid calamansi soda we used to drink when we lived in Hawaii. After finishing lunch, my wife tried their Ube Iced Coffee ($4.50). She liked it but the ube flavor was a bit muted. All in all, we liked our dining experience and will surely go back. Lunch for 2 came out to just under $47 with tip.

Wife & I took a little adventure to the Red Bus Food Park after running errands. Weh? is an absolute gem being run by co-owner Triz & Nova, two awesome ladies that are serving up some tasty Asian Fusion recipes inspired by Flippino, Korean, & Hawaiian influences. I got the Kickin' Chicken Rice Bowl, comes in a sweet n' spicy chili sauce fried egg garnished with bok choy. Wife got the Crispy Tofu BibimSilog bowl, with spinach, carrots, zucchini, radish, pickled cucumber, sesame seeds, & Red pepper-(Goji) sauceBoth are a play on the traditional Korean dish "Bibimbap" that Triz & Nova out their own flavors on. They are just getting rocking have an entrepreneurial spirit & more creative dishes they're working on, will definitely come back again.

My spouse has been telling me that I need to eat here for a while and so I finally did. I got the Longanisa Sliders and Loco Moco Bibimsalag. The latter is essentially bibimbap with Filipino characteristics, and so if you like bibimbap you'll love the bibimsalag. The sliders were also great, mixing sweet and savory, with shredded carrots that were a perfect complement to the very tasty whole. The bibimsalag comes with beef gravy and also Korean kochujang (red pepper paste) so you can apply both or either as taste dictates. It's not super-hot, but the red pepper paste gives you the option to add more heat. The sliders are just the right mixture of sweet and savory. For drinks we got the Calamansi soda and the cantaloupe juice. I've never had cantaloupe juice before: it was amazingly cool, crisp, and refreshing. Finally, we had the Ube Oreo Banana Pudding (with strawberries on top) for dessert, and, well, it was a delicious purple ube banana pudding that perfectly rounds out an altogether tasty and delicious meal. Service was quick, especially as the entrees were made to order and the staff was friendly and courteous. This was especially nice as it was the last hour of service. Parking for the collection of food trucks here was good at around 8:00 PM.I look forward to eating here again.
