Wahoo’s Fish Tacos

I ordered wahoos via the union app while at the parlay house. When I went to the truck to see if my order was ready they said they were closed. Per their hours posted they still should have been open for another hour or so but it's fine that they closed early. I asked if my money would automatically be reimbursed back to my card and they said yes. It's been 1 week now and my card was still charged for the order that I did not receive. I have reached out twice to try to get reimbursed but still have not received an answer back. Would just really like to be given my money back since I didn't get the food I ordered.

Don't ever eat here. Bad bad bad. Yooooooooo it's been years since I've had food this bad. Look back at my reviews. Plz. Beans tasted burnt, rice was something else, chips n gauc tasted like bad Indian food and the trump card was the overly overly overly salted Fish tacos. Only ate two bites. Yuck.

I like to say I have "easy going" taste buds. To elaborate, I don't think cafeteria pizza is bad. However, i am beyond disappointed with wahoo. WOW. I WISH I could get my money back. I just spent $50 (FIF-TY DOL-LARS) on 4 tacos & chips and queso. We got 2 fish tacos and 2 chicken tacos. This is the fishiest tasting and most overcooked fish I have ever tasted. It was dry and I simply couldn't finish it. The chicken was extremely bland and I think the tortillas were the "mission" tortillas from the grocery store. I wouldn't be so upset if I hadn't have spent so much money. I could have gone somewhere nice for $50. Not worth it.long story short, I passed both McDonalds and Taco Bell on the was home & was sad with the choice I had made.

One of my favorite spots on Rainey! Haven't tried everything on the menu yet but it's always been fresh and fast service. Citrus slaw is on point, had it with both fish and shrimp tacos. The quesadillas are also amazing.

Yummmmy! Let me start by stating the citrus slaw is phenomenal! Now the protein, steak? Blackened fish? (There are other choices , these are the options I've tried so far. )I go for the fish, first try was a bowl, next visit tacos...cooked perfectly, presentation also perfect. Serving size was MORE THAN ample . My friend on one of my visits had the steak. Not much conversation between the two of us...we ate bite after bite....rude to talk with your mouth full! Tables were clean , atmosphere was lively, service was outstanding! The times visited the service was always on point. Need to bring your appetite, try the onion rings too! Crisp n delish , many places I've had were dry and flavorless, so I don't often order onion rings. They were suggested so I thought I would give them a try, sssssooooo glad I did! The serving is enough to share, they complimented our meal and not one was left. Actually there was nothing left on our plates ....the food was THAT GOOD!!!Yes I will be back, and yes I will bring friends!

Really good solid tacos! A small covered seating area is great in the heat of the day...I had the blackened fish taco and blackened chicken taco along with a stop light-queso, salsa and guacamole(yellow, red green) with home made chips. A quick light but filling meal...I will be back again!

These tacos are amazing, I'm so happy it's on Rainey St! I can't wait to get them again

A slice of home! Wahoo's has the best fish tacos and my personal fav of a shrimp burrito. So excited to have a truck here in Austin! Staff has been so friendly and there's easy parking in the bar's parking lot or on the streets behind (by wine house and carpenters hall).

I missed the California Wahoo tacos and found that place for my birthday treats But, we went there with my family of three They served the food for two people only and I have to waited for an half an hour for mine Food is totally different taste and chewy shrimps and too much of butter for rice from California Wahoo'sWe were really disappointed in about food and service I will not recommend this place

First time having Wahoo's and I will most definitely be coming back to try the rest of the menu!!
