Waffle Love

Why wait 30 minutes to cram in at Waffle House when you can have fast, high quality, delicious (savory or sweet) waffles in a charming, clean, spacious dining area!?My son and I split the Nutella/strawberry and the chicken and waffles. Both were great. Service was friendly and the vibe was totally relaxed. So glad there was a wait at Waffle House!!!

I was impressed by the selection of savory waffle options. I ordered the breakfast sammy ($12), and my friend ordered the dulce. The breakfast sammy is a breakfast sandwich with waffles on either side, and it was alright. The sausage tasted too strongly of black pepper, and it was very dry. The eggs were fine. I did like the waffles. The dulce is a sweet dessert with a huge lob of vanilla ice cream with corn flake cereal. Very creative and tasty, although the ice cream to waffle ratio I felt was too disproportionate.The portion sizes are not as big as specialty waffles that might be served as other restaurants, but it's a good size if you don't want to eat too much. We came here on a Sunday at noon, and the restaurant was maybe half full. It only took about 10 minutes for the food to come out.

I had been to the original Waffle Love food truck when it came down to Las Vegas a few years back and had what was probably the best waffle I had ever had up to that point so was really excited when I saw a brick-and-mortar location in Austin while I was visiting. The place is big and bright with kind employees but uncomfortable chairs and booths. My group ordered the Cinna Love, Churro Dream, Chicken Avocado Tartine, and the kids menu Nutella Love. I ordered two because I didn't think one would be enough for me, but these are very well-sized, and one is definitely enough for a grown man. The star of the group was the Cinna Love and the other three were honestly just ok, though my niece loved the Nutella Love. As another user mentioned, why the plastic utensils?? It's a sit-down restaurant, please provide metal utensils, especially when some of the waffles are rather large.I feel like I would take my nieces here for a snack in the future but not for a meal. It just didn't hit the same mark that the food truck did.

This is our first time at the Waffle Love. I am not a big fan of waffles but I am in love with this place. The waffles are authentic Belgium waffles that taste very delicious and are filling. My husband and I shared the Nutella Love with strawberries. We also ordered a side of chicken tender. It was made to perfection. We need to come back one day. If you are ever in Round Rock and are looking for something different stop by at the Waffle Live.

I was visiting the city while on vacation and decided to give them a try. The menu is very simplified featuring waffle items. The price was moderate but the portion sizes were a bit small specifically for the kids menu item. The service was ok and the establishment was fairly clean.

My wife was craving waffles. We couldn't just go to any waffle place. We had to find a place that specialized and made waffles with love. After looking around, we came across waffle love. The name has to say it all.We walked in and felt nice and welcoming. Cashier had so much insight. Let us know what he loved and try the chicken and waffles. Which, by the way, is amazing. We also had the Red Wonder with bananas added to it. This was by far the best waffles I have ever had. So they actually make their waffles with dough and not batter. Which makes them dense and sweet... so good. Never had a genuine Belgium waffle until today. Waffle lo e we will be back ASAP. You can bet!

Service was great. Waffles itself was delicious. We dined in so we got a number to put down at our table. The red wonder was absolutely amazing! The biscoff was a great hint added.

Such a happy little find! There are few times where I find a restaurant that I want to take home with me. Waffle Love is definitely one of those places. With such unique menu options for a restaurant based on waffles, I had to get the chicken and waffles. It was 6 the food came out pretty quickly. The interior design was so quaint and cute that I just kept taking pictures. They also have a food truck!

I've eaten at Waffle Love twice and their food is really good! I'm a sucker for sweet breakfast items and the chocolate peppermint Oreo ice cream waffle looked so good. The waffle was delicious and I enjoyed the peppermint ice cream in moderation. However, there was so much ice cream! If I was a little kid, I would love this dish. My friend got the chicken and waffles. I got to try the chicken and it was crispy and tender. Really delicious and the portion was a good size too. Next time I go, I want to try more of their savory options if their sweets don't tempt me first! The staff are friendly and helpful. It is a pretty busy place and parking can be limited.

What a nice find. Pleasant staff, great selection and fast. Highly recommend trying out this place.
