Unos Mariscos O Que

We were hoping to like this spot but unfortunately the aguachiles we ordered that they tasted like the lemon peel very bitter. Small things like using the right lemon or cleaning out the tools can make a difference. They have potential but I'll probably give it another try some other day.

Love love love this mariscos spot. We love coming here. I always order the appetizer jalapeño poppers and the shrimp cocktail is also super yummy! Service is on point . Odalys is a wonderful server!!! So sweet and attentive. Ambiance is very Latino friendly and the music is great. Not only is the food amazing but the music is great.

La salsa para los camarones en este elemento del menú era rica, rojiza, terrosa y un poco rústica. El perfil de sabor de este plato proporciona un picor moderado y tonos aromáticos de la base de tomate.Tacos de pescadoLos tacos de pescado tienen algo que evoca imágenes de los días de verano en los pequeños pueblos costeros de Baja California. Donde el aire está perfumado con la combinación del mar y la masa humeante, y los sonidos de las chisporroteantes tapas planas y las canastas de papas fritas de los camiones de los vendedores ambulantes se entremezclan con la música latina y la charla en el paseo marítimo. Eso es suficiente soñar despierto. Los tacos de pescado son humildes en su composición básica: pescado cocido envuelto en una tortilla de maíz. El pico de gallo encima de los tacos brindó una fresca sorpresa al paladar sobre la pesada base rebozada.Este restaurante es auténtico y vale la pena volver a visitarlo.Apoyo local!!!!!!!

I'm torn. I've been wanting to try this place for so long but it's hard with 2 little kids that don't like seafood so today I decided it was the day to make it happen. I put my kids to bed and put in an Uber eats order just for myself! Because it was a special occasion I went big and ordered a caldo levanta muertos and a coktel... I couldn't wait!!!!It arrived and the first thing I opened was the coktel, things were looking good. They added tostadas and saladitas. I'm more of a tostada person so I wish it came with more tostadas versus crackers (maybe add the option for either or both when ordering online?) but it was totally ok. I paid $23 for this and I thought it was a decent amount of seafood, the salsa was tasty, and I enjoyed the spice level. Next, the reason for the 3 stars... this $15 Caldo Levanta Muertos. It was all broth, FULL of pepper (see pics attached), the broth was heavily seasoned with either salsa inglesa or maggi, I can't tell which at the moment. I tasted the sauce from my coktel and tasted the broth and it was almost identical except one was cold and the other warm, the amount of seafood was extremely disappointing , and I can't believe I paid $15 for this. I'm glad I ordered 2 dishes otherwise I would've been upset with receiving just this soup. When you order this caldo it's supposed to be full of seafood variety. If you think I'm exaggerating please google "Caldo de Mariscos Levanta Muertos".Because of their seafood mix I will try them again but if it had been based off their caldo I wouldn't spend another dime there. Order their cold seafood dishes and save the caldos for another place. I spent $58 ($1 fee for quick delivery and $14 tip for my Uber driver included) for this soup and the seafood mix.

I must say that if you craving mariscos Mexican style you will be disappointed!The flavors are not there the presentation of the food was non existent and there is not ambiance at all!The prices are a bit high for what you getting (I mean portions size). I mean I always expect to be $$ for seafood but you normally get what you pay for but not in this place the food really lacks of flavor and it didn't taste fresh. The drinks were horrible as well!The service wasn't great but considering there was only one server it wasn't completely terrible but we had to wait for refills and stuff. The restaurant is very very small. Not that it's a bad thing but I was expecting a little more since the pictures are deceiving I will definitely won't be going back

Not gonna lie, this place is Good!!!Having heard about this for a while but because the location is a little odd I never thought to stop by and eat here. Well today is my lucky day and I'm glad I got to experience my bud taste here. We sat down and start with drinks, we got one Michelada and to our surprise it came in a BIG glass. After looking at the price it listed $10. Then we looked at the menu and surprised with how high the price was, we were not sure how big to portion is so we only start with 2 tacos. We started off with Octopus taco and steak taco. To my surprise, I felt in love at the first bite to both dishes and that lead us to order fish taco and Gobernador taco too. All I can say is, their ingredients are super fresh and they cook it to perfection. Their flour tortilla is homemade and it was super good. Seriously, give it a try. You gonna love it. I will be back for sure

Love this place . Best seafood and the salsa they have is amazing . Our hostess was amazing. She took care of all of us even when there were many tables and she was alone. Will make this place a regular

Recommend this place 100%, if your looking for authentic Mexican sea food this is the place. Fresh sea food full of flavor and very large portions. Great customer service and very clean location.

Marcela was a wonderful server! Delicious food and great service! Would highly recommend for fresh seafood!
