Un Poco de Todo

Authentic, amazing food!! I love recommending this place to friends and people I meet all the time. It's fun anticipating the text "that's the best tacos I've ever had!!". Un Poco De Todo is really "all that and a bag of (tortilla) chips!" I told my husband today that that I was craving UPDT tacos so bad that I was willing to "saw my own arm off 127 hours later style" for a chance to get their tacos. I will name my first born child Un Poco De Todo. It will be my next tattoo. I have a UPDT shrine at my house dedicated to our savior the spicy taco. Ok, I got a little carried away at the end there. But seriously, we LOVE this taco truck!!!

There's a sign on the side of this food truck that says "the best carne guisada" and THEY ARE RIGHT! I don't say lightly that this is the best carne guisada I've ever had and as soon as I got home and ate it, I wanted to drive back and buy another. Will definitely be back soon to try everything else on the menu!

Amazing food and service, walked here on my lunch break and was very happy with my street tacos! The corn tortillas were perfectly crispy, and the salsa verde was so flavorful!

I'm usually pretty picky with my food trucks but this place was fast, inexpensive and honestly delicious. I got the carne guisada and the trash taco and the portions were big and the guy running it is super nice.
