Summary: I visit this restaurant frequently and it has become my favorite Sushi/Korean restaurant in the area. The sushi is always fresh with generous portions. All the menu items I've tried beyond sushi have been delicious as well.Atmosphere: It is a comfortable restaurant with many booths to each side and tables in the center. The decorations are appropriate. It would make a good "date" restaurant. The sushi bar has about 5-6 seats. It is family owned and the owners are very friendly.Sushi: As titled, the sushi has been great every time I've come. Keep in mind this is Austin, if you compare to California it's not going to be the same. Even so I'd highly recommend the salmon and white tuna.Korean: This is also excellent! I've tried the stone pot bibimbop and you should too. It's a hot clay bowl packed with rice, veggies, meat, and an egg. The rice cooks to the side for a nice browned flavor. Also the sashimi bibimbop which is a multi-item salad with sashimi. The traditional Korean sides are made in house and taste fresh and fantastic. I love the cucumber.Japanese: The Udon is spot-on. The Yakisoba is very good.I need to explore the menu more if I can get past my favorites. :)

Super empty late on a Monday night so ordered pick up to go since I was in a hotel. Very friendly wait staff and it looked clean and well kept. For me, the bibimbab could have had more vegetables and the gochujang sauce was a little too sweet for me. The banchan(sides) were in very small containers but I fortunately ordered extra. Even then, it was just ok, (kimchi was good)I might try the sushi here if I come back. The free miso soup that came with my takeout was very good. It seems they don't take orders over the phone so you need to order online for pick up or delivery.

I ordered my usual that I get from Umiya Leander not realizing it's the same names of rolls but not the same food all. Was expensive mistake. The rolls I got are not only not the same as what I'm used to, they were not good. They were all bland and one of them was incredibly tiny like they ran of of ingredients. The rolls were so much better at Leander. I won't do this one again

We got take out and I didn't love it. My sushi rolls were only ok and the boyfriend didn't love his sashimi platter - he fed it to my dog instead we wondered if it was off because it was bagged with the hot food by the restaurant for a bit of time. In any case, we'll probably pass next time we want sushi.

We decided on sushi for lunch and this popped up as the closest place with greet reviews The restaurant is in a strip mall and looks pretty unassuming inside. More like a breakfast place or diner but don't let that distract you from the food.The service was very friendly and they were very nice with great pace. I ordered a spicy tuna roll and seaweed salad. The rolls were a little too big so eat each one as a roll but very tasty with fresh ingredients and the right amount of heat.Seaweed salad was delicious and one of the best I have had! Definitely impressed with this place!

I placed an order for pick up and it took way longer than it said it would so I asked them to cancel the order however it didn't cancel it said on the app that I had received the order. So I drove to the restaurant and waited at the door 15 min before anyone acknowledged my presence and then a nice women came up and let me know she will call uber eats when she has time. So as it is now I have paid $94 and received no sushi and no refund from the restaurant. I won't eat hear again for the fact that I stood at the front for 15 min before anyone would talk to me and that they took my money and gave me nothing

Great food, great sushi, great ambiance. The owner is so nice ! It is so good we are regulars. I recommend the sushi and the miso soup! Also the review for 3 star by Adriana C is not true she complained about a 25% discount and when she didn't get it she put a bad yelp review.
