My wife and I got married on December 2, and we booked the Veranda Room to host our reception for up to 50 people. We held the reservation 13 months in advance and tagged it along to our chapel reservation. The staff answered all our questions leading up to the day of our wedding day and were very accommodating to the wedding party and our guests. We liked how personable they were to us even when they generally have multiple weddings a day. When you book the Veranda Room, it also includes tables, chairs, and a good selection of linens that suited our wedding theme. We loved that the courtyard space conjoined to the Veranda Room was also included. We greatly appreciated that they set up and tore down the space and cooperated with our room arrangements. We also used the projector for a photo slideshow of our guests. Speaking of our guests, they commented on how beautiful the venue was and felt they were not close to Austin but in a different oasis. The venue offers free parking but it's on gravel and easy to locate if you're using a rideshare app. My wife and I look forward to coming back on our anniversary or a spontaneous visit throughout the years to come. We loved the way that this place looked and was captivated by how it made us feel.

This venue is not sympathetic or understanding that we are in the middle of a pandemic. We thought at first that they would be a great venue to work with this year, as they allowed us to reschedule our May 2020 wedding to September without charging us for the reschedule since everything was heading towards lock-down on the day of our original date. We see the news now, that Austin is considering another lock-down (this time for 35 days) due to our rising COVID19 cases in Texas / worry over the population overwhelming the hospital systems and decided we couldnt just keep moving our dates not knowing if 2020 is going to be a safe year or not.We called back last Monday, and spoke to Breanna who told us our options were either move our wedding date out any where for free for the next two years or only get 25% of the cost of our wedding back and our deposit. We paid over $2.5k for this wedding, that now cant happen because we dont want to put our family at risk and all this venue wants to give us back is LESS than $1k if we cancel. My partner called back today, to try to tell Davis that we would like to schedule it further out in the two years and the representative informed him that if we were doing a reschedule to try to get 50% back like other couples had been attempting - that wasn't going to happen. In fact if we tried to cancel right now instead of reschedule, that we would only get our $250 deposit back because they work their contract off the original May date not the September reschedule. What a shock - they told us one thing a Monday ago and suddenly another today. Breanna also tried to give us 25% of the OLD contract, where we didnt have extra time we paid for included, and Davis said that 25% would be higher than we were quoted. However, he could only term it today and give us $250 back or we can wait and have their manager calling us back tomorrow, since we were told incorrectly last Monday.DO NOT BOOK WITH THIS VENUE DURING COVID19. They are going to take all of your money and leave you with nothing to show for it. If I could give a negative star review I would. Out of our WHOLE wedding, and all of the vendors we used, they are the only ones refusing to do a refund. Which is apparently something they are doing to other couples as well!

Beautiful venue for a wedding or special event in south Austin! The outdoor space was especially lovely for both the weeding ceremony we attended and the reception afterwords. The hall offers a nice indoor setting for eating and dancing, best suited for a smaller crowd though since it's more modest. The decor is well aligned with the Tuscan theme from the landscaping to the paintings indoors. The fake grapes hanging around aren't my favorite, but that's subtle compared to all of the other lovely touches. Overall, you don't have to bring much decoration because the property itself has its own charm and flair! We lucked out with the weather. This venue is best when you can take advantage of the outside patio areas. There's plenty of area for seating and a nice bar to keep guests hydrated. There's also a fountain with a fire pit uniquely placed in the middle for lighting as well as colored lights that give the night time a fun glow. I'm a photographer, so I always keep an eye out for great views and settings for photos. This place is beautiful!

My sister got married on July 12th, and the best way I could describe the ceremony and reception, is magical and perfect in every way. Kelsey Walsh was the main one who was able to make this day so amazing for everyone, especially and most importantly, my sister. She went above and beyond starting the day that she booked the date. She made my sister feel like it was the only wedding that she would be working on for the next 7 months. Kelsey is definitely an employee that needs some recognition for the hard work that she put into this special day for us. I would recommend anyone to have their wedding here after the wonderful experience that we had.-Anna C.

Tuscan Hall was just beautiful for my son's wedding. The ceremony was outside under the gazebo and the reception was just feet away in Tuscan Hall. The staff at Tuscan Hall are amazing and with all visits to Tuscan Hall, they were always more than accommodating. The guests commented that they enjoyed having the flexibility of going outside and relaxing at one of the seating areas offered. There were a few things that disappointed me. The roundtables did not comfortably seat 10 guests as we were told, this caused a problem with having to squeeze extra tables into the venue leaving little room to navigate from the buffet line to the tables. There were ants in the kitchen above the kitchen sink. The bathroom trash was full on arrival. The water from the shower in the bridal suite smelled of sulfur. The bridal suite isn't adequately air-conditioned, we asked for a fan, they didn't have one. The venue is not well lit at night making it difficult for guests to navigate in heels on the bumpy surface. This was also difficult for us to pick up chairs by the gazebo at night because there wasn't enough lighting. We were told the pathway to the food trailer space would be lit at night and it wasn't.

This venue is beautiful and the team made my party a breeze. Tuscan Hall is already beautifully decorated with garland and lighting. The tables and table linens are included, so the only decor I added was centerpieces. The room has a great sound system and a projector with a big screen. The room was perfect for my party with 40 people--not crowded, not cavernous. Could have easily held 50, and more if you take advantage of the beautiful outside area. It was too cold during my event. Many of my guests commented on what a beautiful, intimate venue it was.And don't be scared that it seems far from Austin. Many of my guests used Uber or Lyft and didn't have any problem getting a ride.

Had a venue booked in November for over 150 guests, since Covid and all of the lockdowns you cannot have that many guests. These are unprecedented times and policies change. The venue is not accommodating whatsoever and the staff are incredibly rude. The manager is lazy when dealing with their customers. I'm super disappointed with how this company is handling the Covid crisis and their customers. Companies either shine or their true colors show. Talking to other brides front this venue I am not the only one. DO NOT RECOMMEND AT ALL!

Wish I could give 0 stars. Rudest staff I have ever been in contact with. No sympathy whatsoever. It's like they want you to hate them lol. I am soooo happy we found a different venue. I hope no couple ever has to go through what we went through trying to have Tuscan Hall work. Anyone reading this DO NOT USE THIS VENUE!!!!

Literally awful. The AC didn't work and it was unbearably hot during the entire reception. It smelled like something had recently died inside the hall. It didn't look like anything had been properly cleaned, and if it had been it was done with the moldy mops in the corner. Located the wedding coordinator outside riding around on a golf cart looking like she'd been drinking. She only offered a few small box fans as a solution. DO NOT GET MARRIED HERE!
