Tropical Smoothie Cafe

Decided to come by after the nearby coffee shop parking was full and remembered that I had a free bowl/smoothie coupon to redeem here!It was my first time here and the staff were very friendly in greeting me and recommending options since it was my first time. The açaí bowl was good. A bit pricier than my typical açaí place though. So glad I came here instead, especially since I work remotely and try to find places to do work that aren't coffee shops. Glad to have a healthier option with free wifi. The music was a bit loud for a working environment but it was no problem for me with headphones on and I also don't mind some noise. The space is very clean too. Great remote working option with healthy options!

I ordered the PB protein crunch, and it was alright. It's pretty heavy possibly bc of the peanut butter, so I wasn't able to finish it as a meal. It tastes good, but I could only taste the peanut butter and bananas after mixing everything together.There were only 2 employees working, and there were a lot of orders bc of a T Mobile deal, so I had to wait a bit but not for long.It's a pretty spacious area with a lot of counter seatings, and it's clean too! The door was kept opened, but flies did come in and were flying around.

I recently gave Tropical Smoothie Cafe a try after finding a discount on a delivery app. While part of my order was mistakenly left out during delivery, the staff at the store were incredibly friendly and quickly resolved the issue when I went in. The restaurant has a bright, clean, and fresh vibe that makes it a pleasant place to visit. I highly recommend trying the Island Green smoothie with açai and nonfat Greek yogurt--it's so refreshing! Also, don't miss the Bahama Mama, a delicious seasonal bowl. I can't wait to visit again!

We used to get their fruit smoothies often but had not been here for years since we've been on a health kick. Last Saturday, we stopped by after spending the whole day outdoors and were seriously thirsty. This location is hidden at The Triangle on 47th St. There was not a single customer when we walked in, maybe that's why they didn't turn on the lights in the back so it was a bit dark and not super inviting. Also, it seemed they might get a lot of deliveries at this location since the first question we were asked when we walked in was if we were there for delivery pick-up. There are plenty of seats inside and their gender neutral bathroom was nice and clean. We ordered their "Blimey Limey" and "Mango Magic". We used to love their Blimey Limey as it was so delicious with a bit of tang - or so we thought back then. However, this time it was good, but it was really really sweet for our liking. Their mango magic would have been better if they had used very ripe mango. The unripe mango contributed a starchy flavor to the smoothie which was not super tasty.For most people, I think they will really like this place, we have just gotten used to making our own smoothies at home (which fit our pallet to a tee); so nothing against them at all--still a solid place for some on the go refreshment.

This used to be a staple for me in college, but maybe that was just the proximity at the time?I got a chicken pesto flatbread today, which comes with your choice of chips/banana or you can upgrade to a healthier side.Was my mind blown? No, but the workers were so so kind and helpful - 3 stars

This place is fast and always has really good deals. The smoothies are MASSIVE and are worth the cost. Lots of options for sides. Lots of options for add ins. Parking can be tricky but there is a free garage close. Highly recommend.

I'm a big fan of Tropical Smoothie. This TSC is tucked into the triangle. I have their rewards app downloaded. Yesterday was National Smoothie Day. I received a reward for a free smoothie with the purchase of a food item. I ordered online to pick up in store. I had the turkey bacon ranch sandwich with a Bahama Mama smoothie.The turkey bacon ranch was excellent. Served on ciabatta bread, had the perfect amount of turkey, bacon, shredded lettuce, sliced tomato and thin spread ranch dressing (in other words perfect amount so as not to drip out of the sandwich). I had baked layes potato chips on the side. The Bahama Mama is a sweet treat- I subbed dark chocolate for white chocolate. All of their smoothies are fruit based- do not contain milk (nut or dairy) and can be ordered with out sweetener (turbinado), half sweet or artificial sweetener.Staff was nice and the place was busy for a Friday night. I decided to eat there because I like the vibe.

The service was good, but the peanut butter/chocolate we smoothie was more ice than ingredient. I had to rework it when I got home with more than a cup of peanut butter to add substance.

The food was good, and my service was as well, but there was what I would assume to be a manager yelling at the nice young girl taking my order... she kept asking her to tell me about the app and she seemed very confused about the entire encounter. The manager was very rude about it and demanding, not someone I would want as the face of my company.

Michael spilt my daughters drink and she told him it was okay, and he yelled, "shut up" as loud as possible. this was in the location New braunfels Texas, 78132. i do not condone this behavior and it is unacceptable!
