Located along North Lamar, Titaya's Thai Cuisine is a great spot for solid Thai food that's both delicious and affordable! This is my second time visiting.Came on a Saturday evening around 7 PM. We were seated almost immediately (party of 2), service was fast and our food came out quickly. Depending on where you're seated, the tables between parties might be placed a tad close but this is a really minor detail.Pad Kee Mao w/ Chicken ($13.50, 5/5)- Really tasty with onions, mushrooms, bell peppers, and Thai chili. Perfect amount of spice.- You can choose different meat/protein options, some for additional cost.Overall, would highly recommend Titaya's! Food has great flavor, price is affordable and there's plenty of parking so getting in and out is very simple.

The dishes here are pretty solid and there are a good variety of choices on the menu. On Sundays they only open starting at noon, but it's very popular and parking can be difficult to find even though there's a shared lot. I got the Tom Yum rice which I liked. Portions for the dishes are a medium-ish size, not the largest portions I've seen at a Thai restaurant and the prices are on the higher side.

Solid food. I've been coming here for years with family and friends. They are really kind and their service is becoming more and more efficient! I recommend coming to check this place out when you get the chance. My favorite dishes are the green curry and pad kee mao. For starters I usually get the tom kha soup or sweet taro corn fritters

Delicious and authentic Thai food in a simple yet aesthetic restaurant setting. The Chicken satay was well cooked and we always love the peanut sauce served on the sauce. Entrees are reasonably portioned and service is quick and polite.

Titaya's is my favorite Thai restaurant in Austin. I tend to either get the Pad See Ew with tofu or the Gang Garee (yellow curry). This time I got the curry and it was perfectly spiced with a good amount of tofu and vegetables. It also comes with rice which I appreciate! My friends got the Pad Thai and Peanut curry and enjoyed both as well. The service is also pretty efficient, and the waitstaff is really nice. It can get crowded around dinner time, but I've never had to wait too long for a seat. Would highly recommend!

Came here for my birthday dinner and it was delicious!! I got a seafood dish (not sure if the exact name) and it was so flavorful and yummy!! I really wanted the mango sticky rice but they ran out and was probably out of season The sakes were really yummy and they're a great price for the bottle. The only reason I'm giving it 4 stars is bc they do not allow outside food as a strict policy so we were not allowed to eat my birthday cake here!! We ended up going to a friend's Apt but that was a bit too much eso for a birthday

This was one of my first Thai food experiences in Austin and I absolutely loved it. Titaya's does not take reservations so I did a walk in with a group of 4 and got seated immediately on a Sunday afternoon. We ordered 3 tofu dishes - pad gra pow, which is some sort of a basil stir fry, a massaman curry and a basil fried rice. I also got a Thai iced tea. My favorite was definitely the fried rice - so flavorful and spicy. Would visit again!

My husband and I randomly found this place when we went to the Art Garage near by and after just one meal it turned into one of our favorite restaurants in Austin! I've never been to Thailand before and I loved that there was tons of other Thai dishes on their menu that the avg Thai restaurant wouldn't have. Trying Kao Todd was new for me and it was delicious! Some of the other staples we got (green curry and drunken noodles) were equally as delicious but I'd love to come here with a larger group to be able to sample other "new" dishes. The ambiance is bright and lively, and even a Tuesday night was packed. I definitely will be back and would recommend Titayas Thai to anyone who anyoneeee who craves a very satisfying meal!

A simple spartan interior with somewhat cramped dining space. The din can get a little loud depending on who is eating there. Service is quick and friendly, but you come here for the food. It's authentic and tasty Satay Skewers are always a hitTom Kha or Tom Yum soups were good as well - a little kick on those that goes well with the lemongrassGreen curry was spicy but had good flavor - it'll get you sweating a littlePad Thai was good too - but that's a baseline!I'll be back!
