Knew about this place because I saw it on TV and decided to drive and try their food. Was not disappointed! I had their meat quesadilla and loved it. It was pretty big and filling as well. Cons-They cannot sell drinks so you'll have to walk into the gas station to get your drinks. Will come back next time I drive through Hutto.

Great food!! The salsas are a must try!! Great service. It's covered outdoor sitting so come prepared depending on the weather! Sorry no pictures

Yyyyaaasss!!! Gotta love Facebook neighbors group to introduce you to awesome eats locally. I was on the hunt for a breakfast taco as I have been craving some for some time. The truck is a beautiful color and it stands out. Easy to find it near the gas station. I wanted to try all of the specialty tacos so I ordered one of everything: migas, ulitimo (sausage, chorizo bacon and egg), brisket, picadillo. I ordered a traditional taco as well (bacon and egg taco). Once you order from the window, they bring your order to your car. You can also call ahead with your ahead. Didn't take long at all to get my tacos. This is very convenient so you don't have to stand outside and can sit in your car jamming out to Harry Styles.The picadillo taco was good. They definitely flavor their meat. Yum! The migas taco was also good. The brisket taco was full of meat and very moist. The ultimo taco was a burst of flavor with all the meats and seasoning. Loved it! While the bacon and egg taco was good...specialty tacos are where it's at!!! Yyyaaasss!! Loved the tacos here and can't wait to try more things. Welcome to the area!

HOLY BREAKFAST TACO!! We were golfing at Forrest creek country club near by, and decided we needed some food. Being the yelper I am, I see a food truck with 5 stars in the area with over 100+ reviews. That's a no brainer. We went, and couldn't have been more impressed. At first, the tacos seemed quite pricey, but when you get them and they hand you a taco the size of a small child, you instantly realize why it's $4 a taco. Will forever come back here when I'm in the area!Edit: right after I wrote this review and was already incredibly impressed, Tia (the legend herself) came out and talked with us. She was a super sweet lady who seems to genuinely care about all of her customers. I can't recommend this place enough

This lady is the sweetest, and the breakfast tacos are amazing. They are huge. The red salsa is super fresh, and the creamy green salsa has a little spicy kick. I got bacon/egg/cheese/bean, and it was delicious! She chops up the bacon and mixes everything together so that each bite has some of everything in it, which I love. I think the tortillas are homemade too. Also apparently they have previously just been a breakfast/lunch place, but they are starting to do dinner as well (tonight it's chicken fajitas she told me). Highly recommend!!

I've only been here once so far but it was as good as everyone else is saying it is. I got the loco burrito and I couldn't quite finish it because it was so big but I really wanted to because it was so good. I'll definitely go back to try other items from their menu. The owner is extremely nice and accommodating as well.Update: went back a second time and got a quesadilla. It was perfect.

Upon walking up to the trailer, we were greeted by the most friendly woman. She was SO helpful when we were trying to figure out what to order. It was a tough choice since everything on the menu looked so dang good. Once we had landed on ordering two burritos - one with chicken and one with pork, both smothered with a red sauce and poblano cream sauce combo - she ensured we were satisfied by asking us if we wanted various salsas on top. It was one of the best experiences I've had as far as service. When we got home to eat our food, I had already decided I liked this place. But, you guys. When I opened my take out box, the smell was AMAZING. You know those times when you wish you had smell-o-vision just so you could fully express how great something smells? This was one of those times. So then... I took the first bite. OMG. I'm not exaggerating - it was so freaking good. The pork was perfectly cooked. The flavors were fantastic. The bean to rice to meat to cheese ratio was on point. Just outstanding. I cannot wait to try other items on the menu in the very near future. HIGHLY recommend. This place is a real gem!

Best taco, I had so far in Texas. The owner is nice and friendly. The taco are pretty cheap. They are made to order with fresh ingredients. I had the pulled pork taco on corn tortillas. The pork was so smoke and rich in flavor. The portion on the taco was generous. I would come back

Tia's has the best breakfast tacos in all of Hutto! She and her crew are amazing! Our community is lucky to have Tia's Kitchen !

These are easily some of my favorite breakfast tacos. I'm not an egg person and most places serve up dry or bland potatoes - not Tia! The tacos were packed to the brim and delicious. It was very easy to call in my to go order. I've heard that they sometimes sell out of breakfast items so make sure to check their Facebook page if you want to make sure they're open before you head that way.
