This has to be the most beautiful food truck spots in ATX. There are a bunch of trucks here which offer great food, with quiet ambience that has been missing in ATX for a while.Food: We had malai kofta, dal makhni, paneer pasanda, garlic naan, peshawari naan, haka noodles, paneer tikka.Standouts were malai kofta, great creamy koftas which accurate spice and tenderness. Dal makhni came in second. Paneer pasanda is more like paneer bhurji, it's certainly their take on it and not the traditional pasanda dish that it is. Breads were fine, peshawari naan is okish, nothing is like bad. Hakka noodles will remind u of good quality street side desi Chowmein and paneer tikka of a dhabha in Delhi. All in all everything will make u enjoy a lot more than complain. The place is special, it has ambience and service I have found almost lost in ATX in last 5-6 years. Keep up the quality!

My fave food is Indian. My friend had us all go here. My son & I got dosa's with paneer. My husband's dish was good. My two friends dishes were good. Her dosa looked light and fluffy and freshly cooked. She said there was not enough potatoes in it. Our 2 dosa's took a long time to cook. Having never been there before, I was dismayed to see they serve many items in Styrofoam. I spoke to the man at the front who was very friendly and he showed me the little plastic containers and said the dosa's would be served in foil. It seemed we had a bit of a communication problem but it seemed cleared up. Our food arrived and each dosa was in its own Styrofoam container. I did not want to say anything because nothing could be prevented at that point, and so just took the food and went to eat it. The dosa's were hard, dark, not fluffy, the paneer was cut in little matchstick pieces and they were firm like dried out fruit leather. It was not a good experience. I should have returned them but did not feel like it, being polite and mostly southern US in culture, we vote with our wallets often and so won't go back. The green sauce was supposedly coconut with cilantro my friend said, but it tasted rancid and not like cilantro. The gravy in the little plastic container for the dosa was exceptional and the red sauce for it was quite good.My best guess as to what happened as a cook myself is someone ordered them and they sat there a long time and then when I ordered them, they tried to reheat them and then served them or they simply over cooked them, then kept them sitting there for 20 minutes and then served them. I dunno, the mystery of the hard little pieces of paneer... not going back.

This is a new food truck in the same complex as Manoli's. We had actually only come by for dessert but the waft of their cooking got us curious about this new food option. The menu is quite large with North Indian and Indian Chinese food items. The order took some time to be prepared because each one was made to order but the daal was really good and I look forward to trying more items soon.

Indian flames has THE best chicken tikka masala I've ever had in Austin. The chicken is extremely tender, no dryness at all and packed with flavor. The garlic naan was chewy and very garlicky. After the first bite, I immediately thought about ordering it again tomorrow lol. The food truck park is amazing especially if you have energetic children as there's a playground and a lot of open space to run around!

Got the Flames Special Chicken curry and a plain naan. It was not good. Not much meat on the bones of the chicken and the gravy, and the meat, didn't have much flavor. I also got several pieces of small bone fragments in my mouth and I didn't even have that many bites. The aromas from the truck smelled really good, but food was disappointing.

The food was fresh, ordered chicken biriyani and it didn't have much chicken in it. However the flavor was very good. The portion was big. They have pagers which was nice. I was able to wait in my car. I would come back if I was in the area.

This is one of the best and authentic North Indian flavors that I had in Austin. Indian Flames catered food for my housewarming event and it was absolutely spot on with the taste that I was looking for. The best part is they will also make the dishes that are not on the menu for catering orders which was a game changer for me. The service was amazing and they delivered it perfectly! Thanks for making my event a hit!

I heard about Indian Flames from a friend at work who raved about the food there, and it lived up to the hype! The menu looks amazing and the staff had some excellent recommendations. Service was incredible. The food was outstanding. It would take me the rest of my life to eat my way through their huge menu, but I'm definitely going to try!

Chicken tikka masala was some of the best I've ever had! Will definitely be returning for that. Chicken kebabs were very strong in ginger and I wasn't a fan. Mango lassi was also just OK.
