Once again, I visited Taquerias Brianas. In all my travels, their burritos are the best.Every time I order a burrito, it's always prepared and cooked to perfection. Remember, cash only.Parking is a lot next to the stand. The burrito I always choose is shredded chicken.

I ask the cashier twice what the mini tacos order came with . He told me the meat you choose plus chile toreado ,cilantro and grilled onions . For me that was perfect since I don't like raw onion. Asked him for both sauce. Didn't mind paying for one extra since you get one per order. Got home with one small dry lime , more raw onions than meat . Like common I ask him what it came with since I hate raw onion. Had 2-3 pieces of grilled onions . I gave this place another chance since tacos el primo was close. Honestly was disappointed again. Primos have their salad bar and don't charge you for extra stuff. They don't give you just 1 napkin for 5 tacos. Idk just disappointed

Delicious tacos from this food truck! Their pastor and bistec tacos are my favorite. The red salsa is delicious but be prepared, the green definitely has some heat. Overall an amazing and affordable place!

Who do you think I am, Lady? A valley girl? Yes, of course, I want my sope Mexican style the way WE prepare it. Holy shit, this place is legit! They're open late, too! This taco truck is located in front of a Valero on High Road. You can't miss it because it's got a flashing arrow sign right by the road. They have regular tacos, and mini tacos. Their bistek are delicious as are the pastor ones. My sope almost cost $4.00 but it was huge and had a generous amout of meat. Other meat options include pierna, chorizo, chicharron or fajita. They have regular hamburgers and hamburgers Mexi-Style. ¡Ala Madre! She told me they have a restaurant inside the Q Way Mart by the post office. I tend to heart the salsa green, but the salsa red was pretty rich. This was a great find. Cash only.

Food truck alert! Yummy breakfast tacos, very clean picnic tables, fresh and hot food. Had pastor, eggs/potato/cheese, and chorizo/egg tacos. Potatoes had a lovely crunch on the edges, eggs weren't overcooked. Beware vegetarians: I got bacon in my potatoes although I didn't ask for it. Luckily I consider bacon a food group. They didn't get 5 stars because the salsas were meh.

A family owned food truck, with a covered seating area. The husband and wife that own Brianas are very sweet and friendly, and great cooks. They have a special every night it varies but the food will not disappoint.

Great little taco truck perched off of Beebe Rd (Spur 122) between Kyle & Uhland (close to TX HWY 21). Actually, this stretch of road hosts several taco trucks/trailers & authentic Mexican stores/ tacquerias that cater to the majority who live in this particular area. What brings me here is: 1) Less than 5 minutes from my house, which is super convenient when having a serious case of the munchies.2) Super cheap! $15 goes a long, long way here!3) it's the first taco truck I come across (the rest are past Brianas).4) The tacos, tortas, sopes, etc are actually really good & their stuff is fresh, made in-house, etc. Their food easily rivals & is even better than some of the brick-and-mortar tacquerias I've been to in Central Texas. If you live in Kyle, Buda, or elsewhere looking for something different; Brianas is definitely worth checking out sometime.
