Taqueria Johnny Tacos

The Birria was really good full of meat. Would recommend eating in person versus to go. The Nachos were also very good and would get this place again

My friends and I decided to try Johnny's Taco's and could not have been more pleased with the result. The nachos and Birria tacos we got were absolutely delicious! Highly reccomend this place to anyone visiting or living in Austin

This place was so good - I had a pulled pork one and three birria tacos to share with my bf. Meat was super tender and flavorful. The salsa were spicy - just the way I like them. The birra tacos consomme was a little bland to my tasting, it needs a bit of seasoning but I'm not sure if its supposed to be like that or should have some salt but it was packed with meaty juices and flavors.The food truck shares seating with a bar so you actually had to go through the bar to see the truck. Overall solid tacos choice, would def come back

The food is so so good, workers are very kind, and service is always fast. Such a great food truck, definitely becoming a regular!

Got this delivered via Uber Eats - it was AMAZING. The Birria tacos are a MUST. Rich, delicious melty cheese, and so much flavor! Loved the freshness of the pico on top. They come in an order of 3, plenty to share.And the bean and cheese tacos with the (super spicy) red salsa? Yes PLEASE. Comes with a big slice of ripe avocado, but I'll ask for diced onions as well next time. My husband loved the beef fajita, as well, but I didn't try it. So glad we stumbled upon this after most things were closed post concert. Green salsa is much milder, for those interested! Will get this again 100%

Literally came here cause it was the closest thing around. i would have eaten just about anything but thank God they were open and there was no line. It decided to drop 40 degrees today for no reason today (something about being November) and this was just was the doctor ordered. I was too hungry to take photos of the food but it was my savior tonight

I order a few things off the menu and I can say I recommended them all.The beef nachos are like no other.The beef fajita mini tacos were delicious especially with their green salsa. The salsa has a kick to it.My husband got the bistec torta and it was so good!I also ordered the bistec quesadillas and it was a hit.I'm from San Antonio and we have authentic Mexican food, every corner which is not common here in Austin; finding this place was a gem. It's location is a little confusing. I wish the direction would have a description to let tourist know that it's actually a food truck hidden inside the snake bar. I'm glad I didn't give up and kept looking until I found this spot.

Easily the best tacos I've had so far!! I got their fish and shrimp tacos and they were so juicy and flavorful. Absolutely recommend and will be back!

Sooooo goooood holy crap!!!!!I ordered the bistec tacos on corn tortilla with mozzarella cheese. Service was great, food was ready fast. Patio was very clean!

It's in the back of a random bar but it's definitely worth trying out. The birria tacos were incredible. I was with a big group and everyone thought whatever they ordered was really good. This place was awesome highly recommend!
