Currently my favorite Thai restaurant. The food was flavorful and not too salty. I normally don't like the papaya salad at restaurants but this one was very good. The only thing I don't like is the location. I you will struggle to find parking especially during traffic hours.

I have wanted to gate keep this spot for awhile, but I have finally come out of the woodworks to share my experience here.. This place is awesome. They have validated parking, it's close to bars, the food is easy and quick and authentic, service is great, and it's open late. When I moved to Austin from San Francisco and Portland, I was sad that I was leaving behind cities that have been built on the multicultural centers that they were and I wouldn't be able to get as good of Asian food as I would crave. This place changed that for me. It was the first Thai hole in the wall where I walked in and felt immediately at home. The place is loud, the kitchen is busy, and the smells were great.I come back here time and time again when craving Thai food because they have everything that I want, for a price that's reasonable.

The win at Super Thai was the awesome and personable host (I wish I would have gotten his name). He went out of his way to engage with my table. Service like that is difficult to come by these days.Food:The food wasn't amazing, but it wasn't bad either. There could have been more seasoning and flavor. I did love how fresh and colorful the veggies were. 3.5/5Other details:-There's a parking lot and two hours of validated parking. -The restaurant is cute, but the back of the restaurant is kinda dark.-The main server wasn't great. Not too friendly or engaging and incredibly slow.

Make sure to validate your parking on the tablet before sitting down. The restaurant is really cool looking, we sat up front and it had a barnyard-y smell, could have been the restrooms. Service was really good here, they teamed up and constantly checked on us, replacing the water bottle at the table. The food, wasn't the best. The chicken was cooked well but lacked flavor. The Khao Soi was overly fishy tasting but had all the components for a good dish, it was just overpowered. I want to come back and gove it another try.

This place has been on my list for a while. Super cute hole in the wall type vibes on south Lamar. Easy to get a table on a Thursday. We got Thai tea, pad see ew, rocket shrimp and the papaya salad. My favorite was the papaya salad the flavor was amazing. The shrimp was like a fried spring roll I probably would skip next time and the pad see ew was good, just maybe needed some more lime or flavor. I would come back to try some new dishes for sure. The tea was amazing. All in all I'm excited to come back or order for take out.

Came in yesterday for quick lunch before heading to Dallas for the holidays. The staff were very welcoming and service was great. I ordered the chicken pad thai and it was delicious! Really big portion as well. Looking forward to coming back.

Chef's kiss! Absolutely loved this spot and will become a monthly rotation. We came on a Sunday evening around 5:00pm and had no problem finding a table. The interior is clean and intimate. Service was very kind as well. I got the red curry which was so good. I love the vegetables and extra chili oil to add on top. I will definitely order this again! My partner got the pad Thai, which was a huge portion. Also great: both dishes exceeded expectations and were very warm and comforting. There is a small parking lot off Lamar and the restaurant will validate parking for up to 2 hours (there's an iPad when you walk in that can enter your license plate to validate). I found this super helpful.

My partner and I have tried almost every Thai restaurant in Austin, so we figured we had nothing to lose by trying Super, especially since we were in the parking lot for Elementary (RIP). We ordered the Tom Yum Soup and the Pad See Eww, both at spice level 3. The Pad See Ew was almost there, but could use a few adjustments. It needed more sauce to properly coat the noodles, and a few more eggs for an added texture. Otherwise, the rice noodles were perfect (wide and flat) and were charred to perfection.Note: There are 5 levels of spice, and I regretfully wish I would have taken it a spice level down (FYI: I'm a spice fiend and felt this was spicier than my palette can normally handle)

Super Thai Cuisine has this very cozy and intimate feeling from the get go. We were rushed in to the back and given our menus. We ordered the pad kee mow, pad thai, tofu satay and another dish I can't remember. Nonetheless everything was fantastic! The flavors were explosive, aromatic and out of this world. Definitely my new favorite Thai place in Austin!

The food is really good.but their website to order online isn't great and their phone never works when you try and call in an order.
