Sunny's Pizza & Wings

It was New Year's Day, late at night, and almost nothing was open, so we decided on Sunny's. I'd gotten samosas a few days before, and so decided on something different, this time the mushroom cheeseburger (along with a garden salad).The cheeseburger was *sublime.* Not only is the bun grilled, the onions are as well, and they do not skimp on the lettuce and tomato. And of course, the mushrooms complement the flavor perfectly. Yes, the cheese is regular American, but sometimes that's all you want.The salad is likewise extremely generous, not only in the mixture of iceberg and romaine, but also in the tomatoes, olives, bell peppers, and shredded cheese. It is truly immense, and absolutely wonderful with a bit of ranch dressing.It's great to have a local carryout place with extremely tasty options. The family both the restaurant and convenience store is super-friendly and helpful.This place is seriously becoming my go-to not only for more traditional carryout like pizza and burger, but also for the salad. First rate.

Another night before xmas and we were too late to catch a box of fried chicken as is our semi tradition so we got an evening garden salad, 4pc samosa, and a mushroom cheeseburger to feed two adults.Mr R loves the samosas here, and this time they not only provided another good chutney but two shots of it. He had two with salad for dinner and ate the remaining samosas for breakfast the next morning, which is probably his favorite way to consume them.The garden salad's good sized, iceberg/romaine, and with limited but generous toppings--black olives, shredded cheese, bell pepper and cherry tomatoes. One entree for a grown human or side salads for up to four. If you're a dressing hog like my dad you might want to order an extra packet or top it up yourself at home.My burger was good as usual. They've always served a decent, reliable late night burger and the prices of most fast food places the last couple years have only made Sunny's look even better. The price hasn't risen a ton and they toast the bun, I know I got a good thing going here.Friendly service. It's delivery or pickup to go only, and we stick with picking up orders here. Easy to grab some beer or wine right next door as needed.

Solid pizza. Really enjoyed the French fries on the pizza. They beat Gumbys pizza with that topping, in my opinion. The prices are fair and the staff is decent. I've been going their for over 20 years and I've never had a negative experience there.

I'd go here as a last resort...... just dont have any high expectation or expecting some authentic pizza. If you're starving and there's nowhere else around, go for it.

Pizza is hit and miss. The medium we ordered was cooked to perfection. The ex-large was really needing to be in the oven longer. Others have ok....I ALWAYS do pick up so I can look at it before I go. Is this my "go to" place for pizza....no. But it'll do in a pinch.

This place was so good! I usually hate thin crust, but their thin crust is perfect and delivery was fast. I ***HIGHLY*** recommend Sunny's for great, reasonably priced pizza.

Great local spot! Loved the wings and pizza combo and the service was great! Will be back!
