Stiles Switch BBQ & Brew

I've been visiting here for the last 3 months. Being a biased North Carolinian, I couldn't find a BBQ joint that I loved let alone liked. But one day my partner and I visited on a quiet afternoon. It was packed at all (although I've been here on days it is). We shared a three meat combo; brisket, burnt ends, and pork ribs with Mac and cheese and baked beans... with a sweet tea of course. The brisket was tender and juicy! It came with a side of sauce but I preferred it plain. The burnt ends fulfilled all of my taste buds desires!!! Sweet, salty, tangy, kick of spice. And as for the pork ribs, the pulled off the bone with ease. I will say on the first visit, the mean what heavily season with coarse ground pepper which could've been over powerful for some but something told me to try it on another day and it wasn't like that. So I would say there are probably a rotation of cooks. The beans were good not sweet like the Carolinas but they were good. And as for the macaroni/shells and cheese, I've noticed throughout Texas they all have a Velveta based sauce. It has a thick and creamy texture to it. I will also like to add that I've placed an order on UberEats and via phone call. The in-person customer service is far superior than on the phone. And to the worker name Cole, I'll never forget the laugh you gave when you thought I was with the large party. We laugh about it each time I visit. Haha. I love this place and I'm so happy to have found it.

OMG! The pork bellies are just great. Flavor, tender, and just could make a meal out of those alone. But it wouldn't be fare to not talk about the rest of the meats and sides. There is nothing here I didn't like. The corn casserole, beans, veggie mix, all very tasty. The inside was very clean and organized well to accommodate anywhere from 20 to 20 people in a group. Service members really knew their cuts for the brisket as well. Sausage and ribs smoked just right. Don't forget classic deserts too. Pricing was reasonable for the portion sizes. Highly recommend them.

We get take-out from here regularly and it never disappoints!!! Food is consistently delicious and the team is always friendly and professional. If you like great BBQ, you can't go wrong with Stiles Switch!!!

4.5 My husband and I returned to Stiles Switch BBQ as we were in the area. We drove up, parked, went in line , placed our order, got our food, and then paid and sat down to eat in the restaurant.We both ordered the brisket sandwich and a side of potato salad and a tater tots casserole. The brisket sandwich was delicious and very filling. The potato salad was good as it had chunks of potatoes which I liked. The tator tot casserole surprised me. It was yummy. It had tator tots with cheese, chives, and bacon. Overall it is still one of my favorite BBQ places to stop at when I'm in the area. Tasty and filling BBQ with good sides. I will return in the future.

Enjoy coming here for Texas bbq. Pork belly burnt ends, pork ribs, and moist brisket are fantastic selection for the 3 meat combo. The sides are great too especially the loaded tator tots and brussel sprouts

I absolutely LOVE this place!It's so good that you'll find yourself thinking about it even before realizing you want to go out to dinner.It's so good that you'll go there anytime you can and will probably end up being a regular and make friends with all the staff members!I'm telling ya, it's freaking delicious!And I love the vibes of the place!

Can I just say Wow?! I was craving turkey and banana pudding, so I had to pop in here and grab lunch. My turkey sandwich was overflowing with thick slices of BBQ turkey.  It was too much for me, so I was able to have turkey sandwiches after I finished this one!  The bun was toasted, giving the sandwich a nice crunch. I added lettuce and tomato and was pleased with how fresh they were.The banana pudding was good--there was a good ratio of pudding, wafers, and whipped topping. The only negative was that I found it too sweet. But it's pudding, so I should have expected that as a possibility.The dill potato salad was delicious.  It was a nice change from the standard fare other restaurants serve.

This place is getting a lot of hype so had to try. They have counter service like any good bbq spot. The service is friendly, the ambiance is just like any bbq spot but the meats are above and beyond good! Here's what I had:Brisket- nice and tender and moist! I'd put it up there with franklins!Pulled pork- deliciously seasoned and well cooked!Pork belly- oh boy this is good! Get it now!Turkey- Best I've had!

We stopped in to grab a quick dinner, they had folks in the dining room but we were able to walk in and order right away. The folks behind us ordered quick as well.It's a nice location, plenty of comfortable seating and many tv's if say you wanted to keep an eye on college ball while you eat. We had the three meat plate, brisket, sausage, pulled pork with beans and Mac n cheese. As well as the Texas Fritos pie! (Brisket, chile concarne sauce), and cucumber & tomato salad. The food is so dang good. Listen it is a little pricey, but the quality to me is worth it. The whole dang world is expensive right now, of course the cost of food is included. In my opinion the quality and taste of the food we had tonight was well worth it.Plus and also they have Mexican Cokes, nice and crispy.

Great environment and fast service. The sides were all so good and the brisket did not disappoint.
