Snarf's

Saturday really felt like I was back in jersey - cold, gray, rainy, and going to a strip mall that smelled like Chinese food. But I digress. I've been wanting to hit up Snarf's because I heard about it a bit and I gotta say, it's a pretty solid joint.The menu is fun, and I'd like to try out some more stuff. The people are friendly. Sure, it's a bit pricey, but then again everything is - just thinking how much a Jersey Mike's sandwich costs. The Mambo soup was great and had a nice kick. The egg salad was good, and the turkey sandwich was really good. I have to say the bread was impressive and makes alot of difference, and I like how they wrap the sandwiches. I'd def return.

Snarf's has always been my favorite sandwich shop in Austin and was so glad this one opened up near us! The bread is always fresh, soft on the inside and crispy outside and the sandwiches are always great. Snarf's has never failed me! From being our pre and post snowboarding meal, my fav lunch during work, my fav dinner, I'll never say no to going. Also happy to say service has always been a 10/10 at all locations, including this one. Thank you to the workers for creating great food and giving the best service!! -your fav customer

Though I know there are several locations, this was my first visit to Snarf's. The facility was clean and organized, and the staff was friendly and efficient. One standout feature is the bread they use for their sandwiches -- it's truly spectacular. The rolls are perfectly toasted, giving them a satisfying crisp (even when the sandwich itself isn't served hot) which I found to be a great touch.I tried the Vegetarian Sandwich (Avocado, Sprouts & Provolone), and while the ingredients were fresh, the overall flavor fell a bit flat for me. They offer a range of standard toppings (Mayo, Mustard, Hot Peppers, Onion, Lettuce, Tomato, Pickle, Seasoning and Oil,) but I found myself wishing for a few more options to help elevate the flavor profile. It wasn't bad, just a little on the bland side.That said, the bread alone might bring me back to explore more of the menu, and with their great service and clean environment, I'd say Snarf's is still worth a visit!

Sandwiches! Wonderful! The bread here is the best. They are soft rolls on the inside and crunchy on the outside. Turkey sandwich with lettuce, tomato, pickle, and mayo. Done just right. Fresh and flavorful. They make their own aioli sauce so I tried this on another sandwich with salami, pepperoni, and mortadella. Lettuce, tomato, pickle, aioli. It was so good. Fresh and cold cuts were amazing. I love this place! Can't wait to try the "farmer" an egg salad sammy. yum yum. Next time!

Stopped by Snarf's for the Yelp Elite event and it was quite busy around 4pm- I was met with the friendliest person behind the counter, she was so helpful to provide her recommendations and personal favorites. She explained the options well and had the nicest demeanor. I ultimately chose the Italian sub which comes with mortadella, salami, pepperoni, capicola, and provolone cheese. There's also different toppings you can choose to add to customize the sub. You can choose from white or wheat bread (or even gluten free). I really enjoyed the sandwich and loved the taste of the meats and veggies. I felt like they used high quality ingredients and I like to come back to try more!

Staff was very friendly and helped me choose among the great selection of sandwich's. I love egg salads and it's not always offered at sandwich shops. The employee taking my order suggested the Farmer which was an off menu item that had egg salad. It was a great suggestion!! Egg salad, turkey, bacon and thousand island dressing made for a great sandwich! They offer my favorite Zapp's kettle chips! Will be back!

We picked up a to-go order from snarfs and the hot sandwiches were still hot enough by the time we made it home. I ordered them online and they even had "off menu" items available through their website. We ordered the honey rotisserie chicken sandwich, which was different but in a good way, and the club sandwich, which we enjoyed. Pricing isn't bad for the size of the regular sub and the bread seemed fresh the last two visits.

Terrible customer service. I came in with a buy-1-get-1-free coupon. I clip my coupons like most people. They wouldn't take the coupon because it was clipped. What? There was no writing on the ad that specified the entire postcard is needed to be valid. The clipped portion had all the relevant information like expiration date and terms. Their justification was that they were afraid people were digging coupons out of the trash. Well if that really is their concern then they could just mark every used coupon with a sharpie. It's not that hard! The management cannot be this stupid. I will not be coming back to this place. And, dear reader, I encourage you to do the same.

Way too slow. Too expensive. I do not recommend I've been waiting 20 min on 2 simple sandwiches.

Shocked at the prices. Ordered a 7 inch turkey sandwich and a 12 inch French dip and made both of them combos so a bag of chips and a drink for each one. One cup of soup that was not hot and the total bill was $49.58. The food was okay but not $50 dollars worth. I could have went to Longhorn steakhouse for this money amount. Safe to say this will be the only time I will go here.
