The broth is delicious along with all the option choices. Pho Beef Rib is super tasty and so is the Pho Wagyu (although not necessarily high grade) is very delicious. The Pho Wonton Works has the right combination of pork-shrimp wontons, with add'l shrimp and chicken. The egg rolls are crispy and satisfies my crunchy craving. The Bahn mi tastes great BUT fails at the bread being toasty and soft despite asking for it to be extra crispy.Food: 4.5Service: 5Ambiance: 4.5Definitely in our weekly rotation!

Pho and banh mi were both delicious. It's typical counter-service then you sit at a numbered table and the food comes out super quick. I love their decor as well. Really cool vaulted ceilings and such.

The pho is great here, I would recommend getting the beef pho, it literally melts in your mouth. The service was great and fast, but sip pho can get busy sometimes and slow down a bit. It's very cozy in there and there's outside seating as well.

Sip Pho is my parents favorite Vietnamese restaurant for the bun Bo hue and it is definitely our favorite in Austin area. We usually come to sip pho for this specific dish. This time that we went, the bun Bo hue was skimping in meat which was not the norm. There was tons of noodles and the portion between meat/noodle was completely off balanced. That was disappointing. The grilled beef vermicelli bowl was terrible. Fish sauce was not well balance. The beef was under seasoned and noodles were cold and a bit hard. I do not recommend this dish. I don't think I've liked this dish every time I ordered it. Do I recommend this place? Yes for the bun Bo hue when they put the normal balance of meat and noodles.

We love Pho, but not this Pho! The beef broth tasted very bland and diluted. The rare steak I ordered was cooked beyond "well done." When I told them it was not "rare" they just gave me a "too bad" stare. Nope, will not come back... Three star rating is a gift

Parking was incredibly limited. The line wrapped outside of the building. I waited in line well over 30 minutes. When I finally got to the register to order, I was told that only to-go orders would be taken as the restaurant was closing soon. In my opinion this is a terrible customer experience. If the restaurant was going to only offer take out ordering after a certain time, this should have been communicated well in advance. If restaurant staff actually informed us while in the line, I would have gone elsewhere since I was looking for an in restaurant dining experience. I had the crab rangoons and beef pho with brisket and rare steak. The crab rangoons were good but the pho was underwhelming. My pho was very bland. Definitely not worth the hassle of finding parking, waiting a long time, and not being able to eat on premises.

Our empty-ah plates should be indicative of the absolute deliciousness that SIP PHOTO humbly boasts, not a stones throw away from some of Austin's most elite and accessible thrifting. Not only were we delighted by the open formatting of the seating area, but we were pleased with how inclusive this establishment is to all living things. They do not discriminate on the basis of gender, race, or species. So, if you want to enjoy a nice meal alongside your squiggly and squinchy friend Mag(gie), this is totally the place. 10/10 pho bowls.

Line to sit inside can be long especially during peak hours, so it might be hard for large parties more than 4-5. It's very cozy/modern with both inside and outdoor seating. Water and condiments are self serve. The service is good and the staff are friendly every time I have been. We both got the beef pho, one with rare steak/tripe the other with rare steak/flank. Portions are not as large as some other pho places I have been to in Houston but pretty good for Austin. You can walk from wampus/campus to it and you also can get a student discount. They also give you mint, limes, bean sprout, and mint to add to your pho. Overall, I think this is the best pho place near campus!
