This place is so underrated. The French fries are amazing and the hamburgers are big and reasonably priced. Im totally addicted to the frozen strawberry lemonade!! The chicken tenders are crispy and juicy. One of my favorite fast food places and it's only in Austin, TX.

Short Stop is the staple of Austin's burger fast food. Easily the best tasting cheeseburgers out of any of their better known franchise competitors. Always quick and friendly service.

So I was to I was there today at 5:15. I ordered the hotdog and I asked for extra crispy fries talking to the man in the window. He was very very nice but the lady that was making the food as I look behind the man, the lady that was making the food, blew her breath into the bag that she put the hotdog in and she thought I was gonna eat it. She didnt care I started to take a picture of her so everyone would know she gotta know that Covid is still out here with her remedial self

Nice staff, but something is not right with the quality, the burger made me sick immediately. I believe a food inspector should step in to make sure the food standards are being followed.

This was by far the worst shortstop experience I've had yet I came to get a number three which is just the chicken fries and bread. I asked for lemonade and they gave me a strawberry lemonade. I didn't say nothing because oh well. But that wasn't really the problem with the meal. The bread was so in what seem to be butter and it absolutely tasted terrible. Secondly, the chicken look like it was just picked up off the ground and tasted very awful. Ruined my meal . Thank you! I will not be returning I'll stick to canes or chickfilla. Short stop , and church's should be put out of business

I went to this location and my order was completely wrong! bI called them and they said I had to bring the bag the order was in so they could look at it...?So I took the bag to them and they still didn't accept responsibility for their mistake. I was given a phone number to call. The manager wa rude and very unprofessional. We never got back

I use to love getting the Chicken Tenders here. But the last 3 time the gravy is like flavored water. You can't even taste it and it runs off the tenders like water.

Excellent burger. Service was fast Food warm. And the tomatoes on the burger were actually like real tomatoes. Much better than Whataburger lately.
