Seattle Teriyaki

First time visit. I got the classic teriyaki chicken with the steamed rice, and a small salad on the side. I could not be more pleased! The chicken was absolutely perfectly cooked , delicately teriyaki seasoned, not overpoweringly sweet like some places. Wonderful, delicate flavor, extremely moist chicken! The small salad with a light creamy dressing was also fresh and delicious! This is definitely going to be comfort food for me many times in the future!

I think this place has potential. For a 4 star or better i think the following needs to happen:offer a beef teriyaki option add more teriyaki sauce or a side of sauce because i think preferences of amount of sauce will range. I felt it was lacking sauce so it was just your normal grilled chicken. The good is the char flavor and using dark vs. white

Food is delicious and a good value. Dish comes with Japanese rice, salad with ginger sesame dressing and lots of flavorful chicken. I like the classic with a side of spicy sauce. Owner is a Seattle native, so it's authentic to the iconic Seattle-style dish. Great food court too! It's BYOB, family friendly and you can get Manolis ice cream for dessert on weekends.

The food was amazing and the service was very kind and excellent. 10/10! Very cute trailer with a great vibe!

Visiting from Chicago and was in the mood for some chicken. Was looking for some bbq but then I stumbled upon this Teriyaki spot. Wow, never knew how good Seattle Teriyaki chicken was. The guy working there hooked it up. Flavor was spot on, the surprise MVP was that salad dressing and BYOB. Look forward to coming back, cheers!
