I absolutely love this place! The Banda makes the environment so much better, it's really loud though, so if you going to this place to have conversations, this is not the place to go. The sushi was decent, not my favorite (3/5 for both) I've had better, but worth a try, really just depends on what you like. I would not go back for sushi, but the parrillada was really good and the caldo they start you off with was amazing, great flavor and nice seafood kick to it. I will definitely be going back to try their seafood soup based dishes. The server was really nice, considering it was really loud he was super accommodating and got our food out fairly quickly. Overall, such a wonderful experience and I cannot wait to go back!!!

Tucked back behind pappasitos on 35 - skip pappasitos and keep going to searenias. I had to get the whole fried fish since it reminds me of travels to the Caribbean and Mexico. I also had the pulpo tostada (no picture) but another mouth worthy choice. Now the pina colada.....suburb! Delicious! Good food and drinks and glad the menu had photos because many of the staff don't speak English which is fine. I do my best communicating but the pictures helped!

Another addition to the Gabriela's Group portfolio brings yet another lackluster dining establishment. Helmed by Gabriela Bucio aka DJ Gabby Got It aka the namesake figure behind Gabriela's aka co-founder of Taquero Mucho, Revival Coffee, Mala Vida, and Mala Santa, Gabby's team focuses on seafood and sushi in their latest venture.My initial impression upon arrival was far from favorable. The absence of a proper hostess stand, coupled with the seedy ambiance and deafening noise level, left much to be desired. The hostess who seated us lacked proficiency in English, necessitating redirection to another hostess who accommodated our request for outdoor seating to escape the chaos. Once seated, we received a physical menu that was sticky, torn, and barely hanging onto the binding.To start, we ordered the Shrimp Ceviche which was hefty as a portion, but I approached each bite with caution, as the food quality looked risky.... As for my entree, I stuck with something cooked and got the Mojarra Frita, a whole fried crispy fish, which actually was amazing. Note: Post-meal, I discovered a live banda performs every Thursday through Sunday from 6 PM onwards

Amazing food. Decor is very nice, really sets the vibe, love all of the neon signs around the restaurant. Great spot for families. Highly recommend the tostada de jaiba and camarones zarandeados. The sushi rolls are to die for too! The only thing that always misses with this place is the service. Terrible. They do the bare minimum. Make sure you're ready to order everything you need when the server comes, or you will staying waiting a long time for them to come back and check on you. We got added an automatic 20% gratuity on a party of 3 adults and 1 child.

Very cool vibes and can get loud with the band, but can be a fun time! The sushi was surprisingly good and the drinks were a bit sweet and pricey. Overall it's a cool place to check out!

We also had a sushi roll but like I said, it wasn't mind blowing.Service for us was meh. It took over 30-45 minutes for them to check on our food after we first ordered. We seriously thought they were still preparing the food but apparently they forgot to press "send/enter" so we had to wait an additional 20-30 minutes for our food to finally prepare.Cleanliness: The tables and menus were very sticky and I had to go back to the bathroom often to wash my hands. Inside didn't seem extremely organized as well.Inside the venue it was VERY loud and the performers moved around a lot. It was very difficult for my girlfriend and I to talk. Don't get me wrong, I LOVED the vibe and I LOVE learning and experiencing new culture, but my ears were hurting towards the end. Maybe offer customers ear plugs so we don't damage our ears would be a nice bonus.Pricing was a bit high. Shame on ya'll for not giving this place at least a 4! So my friend and I are in Austin and she recommended a place she's been to that has excellent micheladas! And if you follow my posts, I think I add michelada's everywhere I can find them. So I've always wanted to try the REAL ones with the shrimp and other stuff...THIS place had one with CEVICHE, yes I said it, CEVICHE on top! Wow! It was amazing and delicious. I would ABSOLUTELY recommend coming here again for that drink/food.I didn't try the sushi though, no offense, but I dunno if I would try the sushi, but I gotta give it up to them for trying! Great spot!

Food was bland and musics started so early couldn't even talk to one another . I will not return

Love most of the dishes all though músic is always loud I prefer take out! My favorite is the shrimp ceviche.
