Barbie likes the taste, to some degree, but she says it's a little salchi for her palette. She prefers sweeter tastes.This is the magical little food truck in the north part of Austin which basically serves all kinds of delicious hot dog fare with a Latin flavour.We're definitely big fans and they know what they're doing here. Hopefully they will make enough money and get enough success to become a storefront and get their own location at some point.Food trucks in Austin are a serious business, although many of them are overpriced and many of them are massively overrated. This one is neither overpriced nor overrated so we highly recommend you check it out.

Fire hot dog. Low key prob the best hot dog I've ever had. Owner was very nice. Would 100% recommend!

don't come to this place I order and they told me to pay in 15min that my food was ready and I came back they star laughing, they forgot to make it save the bad experience to your self and go to taqueria estrella en el mismo lugar more professionals and Im not from Dallas and is a legit review I don't know people from taquerias estrella or I'm getting anithing for this just want to save a bad time to any other people from a bad time.

Salchi has to be on of my favorite places to get fries!! these loaded fries are epic! I fell in love since the first time I found out abt this place. Hot dogs another must!! & hamburgers not my kind of thing but i've tried it & it's a great place!! 10/10 recommend!

This is by far the best Mexican burger in town, for 15 years here in Austin I've never found another burger that could be so delicious and so big with a decent price. The original owner is back now for my joy, tonight me and my son got stuffed! Thank Salchi team!

The burgers are amazing, perfect Mexican hotdogs wrapped in bacon and the fries preparadas are the S**T!!
