I ate elsewhere. The service is so rude, there's no line during prime dinner time.

Don't think it's thai food but nonetheless it's BOMB, that bbq chicken and spicy chicken or absolute bangers. Lo mein noodles always great. FAR better than panda

My boyfriend and I always make it a point to eat from Ruby Thai Kitchen when we are in the mall. I don't know if I would consider this Thai food ....it's more Americanized Chinese food to me Our 1st time here, we ordered the panang chicken and Thai spicy chicken and DAMN we were hooked! Disclaimer that Thai spicy chicken is hella spicy but if you combine it with the cabbage side dish it's perfect! I was honestly surprised with how good this place is being that it's inside a mall food court! I'm glad we gave it a try Please excuse the messy plate pic I forgot to take a pic before! The pic is our usual order but this time we ordered both fried rice and noodles. Personally, I like their rice a little more than the noodles.

I will say I could use some consistency with the lo mein noodles. The first time I ate here the noodle were perfect. Unfortunately since I've been back they haven't tasted quite the same. So that's kind of disappointing but the chicken is consistently good.

I have no recollection of what this mall is called, but luckily I do remember that I grabbed some food at the Ruby Thai Kitchen in the food court upstairs. I stopped here fairly early in the day and I was the only customer when I got on line. The choices here were pretty typical with some rice, chicken sides, and a few others that I didn't really pay attention too. I ended up just ordering the mango chicken with fried rice on the side. The food was honestly much better then I anticipated, especially for a mall food court. The mango chicken was absolutely delicious and had some truly unique sauce on it. They gave me a pretty hearty portion and when you mix that with the rice I had a pretty solid meal.Overall, this place is doing mall food courts right and serving good food at fair prices. If you decide to eat here, you will not be disappointed!

Greasy, pricey and not at all Thai. I don't get this place!Got a one item plate with noodles. Noodles were very much like really greasy chow me in with zero vegetables. Not joking when I say it was almost like they were cooked in mayonnaise.I got the mango chicken which was super greasy, fried, sweet and- again- no vegetables. I didn't want to wait in the long line for Sarku Japanese but now I think it probably would have been worth it.

In no way whatsoever is anything served here Thai food. It's just Chinese food that they've assigned some Thai-like words like "panang" to. If you like chicken bits soaked in salty, sugary, soy goo then this place is for you, but if you like Thai food look elsewhere.

Rice was stale and dry. Spicy Thai chicken was way too hot and much too salty. Not a place I can recommend.

This place, even for mall food, is the worrrrst. I can get on board with greasy Asian cuisine... and sometimes I just go for it because I work in the mall. But I've been here about 6 times and every time the food and the experience gets worse and worse. The food is either too salty or too bland, and they never have the tofu available even though there is always a spot for it on the buffet line. Today my vegetarian tofu and "eggplant" had a piece of shrimp in it and again, the so called eggplant was so bad it was inedible. I've been to this chain in other malls and they were never like this. Plus...The staff are super rude except for the women that work there. PASS

Refreshing the name just a bit to Ruby Chinese Kitchen. The same grub as the Japanese (also Chinese) place just to the right. And the Wok Chinese place that just closed a few spaces down. I laughed when I saw this place open a few months ago; but when the kiddo needs some fried rice I decided to give it a whirl. I had one of the chicken options (hot pepper I think) with rice and green beans. The boy had a side of fried rice with a couple of packets of duck sauce. The chicken was a tad on the greasy side. The green beans were decent. The rice was passable similar to any buffet destination in Austin. Little Rooster polished off his grub; so not really that bad. Your basic take on faux Thai food that is really Americanized Chinese food in a food court. For this visit it gets good marks cause the kiddo hoovered it.
