Great family friendly place. Full bar, several local beers on tap. Order inside at the counter then the servers bring your order to you. Lots of options from salads to burgers to pizza, and they can make some dishes gluten free.I had the margarita pizza and it was good. The crust was well baked and tasted like fresh dough, not something premade and frozen. The pizza was the right size: could have fed two people who were not as hungry but I ate all of it. There could have been more cheese but the red sauce was great and the basil fresh. Indoor and outdoor tables to choose from. Outside there was a grassy area for kids to run around and some play equipment. Inside there were tvs playing live sports. Really nice little restaurant with plenty of parking (I imagine it gets crowded when the other shops are open).

They have really good pizza and it's fun to eat outside while the kids/grand kids play! Also have a summer splash pad which is fun for the little kids and us to watch them! We love the chicken fried chicken! We try it everywhere we go and Rte 12 serves a nice portion that's really tasty! The inside is quaint, a cool casual set up with a really nice bar! You order at the counter and the wait staff delivers with a friendly smile; very attentive! We recommend eating here, one of our faves!

We drove from Wimberley to try a new place, intrigued by all the positive reviews we read online. Wow. We were not disappointed. I eat chicken fried steak about once every 10 years, so I decided to try it here. Hands-down, this was the best chicken fried steak I've ever had. The portion was not huge, and, to be honest, I had space for a little bit more of it. My family had the chicken fried chicken, which was prepared exactly the same way as the chicken fried steak, with the same sides (mashed potatoes and excellent green beans). The service is casual, with young people serving as the wait staff. There is a bar in the corner, and big screen televisions scattered around for sports watching. On a cold February night, this converted garage was insulated enough to be comfortable.

Very nice bar staff. Got to meet owner briefly. Food had a lot of flavor. For the area a lot of dining area. With outdoor play area for kids.

Wonderful little spot in the small town. Has a play area and splash pad for the kids which we didn't know ahead of time but my son took full advantage. Fully open space inside and outside. The servers were very nice and attentive. Food was served quickly and hot. Everyone finished their food without any leftovers which is a great sign!

Not sure if it's because we spent the day hiking around the area, so we were super hungry, but the food was delicious! I was just looking for a restaurant to eat at for my one night stay here in Dripping Springs and I'm glad I found this gem.Everyone that worked here was super friendly. I'm not sure if that is just the vibe here in Dripping Springs versus in Houston, but the people here are awesome and very helpful. All the food we ordered (two entrees and an appetizer) came out to be a little over $50. It was a lot of food though and we were extremely stuffed after that. The food was very hefty too. They loaded us up with fries and chips. Both the fries and chips were nice and crispy, but I liked the fries more. The wings were pretty standard wings, but they were on the larger size and they did not skimp out on the ranch. The prime rib dip was delicious and they really packed on the meat on there. It was so flavorful and juicy. I'd definitely get that one again.

What a little hidden treasure! This place is completely underwhelming from the outside, even the name. I was expecting run if the mill standard American bar fare, as in everything fried and not much flavor. Someone in the kitchen knows what they are doing. We were house sitting in the area and stopped in for lunch. Our food was so amazing that we came back for dinner and had a fantastic gluten free pizza.

It's places like this that make me love Dripping Springs, the Hill Country, and of course Texas! Great vibe and very clean (including the bathrooms). Splash pad outside made me want to jump in with the 105 degree heat but there were already some kids in there.Food was solid - thought the Cobb Salad was very good, as were the fries. Firecracker shrimp also pretty good. Grilled chicken sandwich a little less so. Too messy. But the pizza looked good!I guess like everything it wasn't quite as cheap as I would have hoped.Service was friendly - will defiintely be back.

It may be excellent in every way, but when you charge $10 for a draft beer, you get one star.Won't be back. Greater fool pricing. A bit stunned that the price is that high.
