Rosalie Roppolo's Pizzeria

Nice spot. Located Next to good bar with excellent music. Live band music. The pizza and the calzones were amazing. Good employees. Very engaging in good conversations while you waited for your order.

Austin isn't known for pizza, and it shows.Rosalie's pizza is barely average[1]. On the bright side, they take credit cards, sport friendly pizza serving people, and have a variety of toppings. You won't break the bank eating here, either. They're in a convenient, prime location, and get lots of foot traffic, so props to them.[1] If you're inebriated, you'll find their pizza magically delicious.

You guys have one job, onnneee job ... make decent pizza. But noooooo, ya couldn't even do that. *sigh* On top of that you have the NERVE to charge SIX AMERICAN DOLLARS for 1 slice. LISSSTEEENNNN I've had better ONE DOLLAR slices in grand central station underground in NYC, so for $6 ima need you all to come thru with AT LEAST some gooey cheese or crisp crust or something lawd. Let me make this clear (if I haven't already)... I purchase a slice and upon having a few bites had to check THREE times if I had bitten the paper plate it was served on. Because that's what the actual crust tastes like ... AN ACTUAL PAPER PLATE. Goodness. I feel so sorry for the folks working there that have to sell this low grade product to customers. It's embarrassing, I would sooner pay $6 for some frozen Tostitos pizza rolls than go back to this place. A disgrace to pizza makers everywhere.

Great fresh pizza and underrated for what it is. I especially love the beer crust and the little details like pepper, delicious ingredients, and fast service. Recommend highly if you're downtown on 6th! AJ was attentive and fun to talk to.

A lot of pizza places on 6th, but the guy makes it so worth it to go here! He was super friendly and took my friends' drunken behavior so well. Colin I think. The pizza was a bit too hot but awesome. I'd rather it be too hot than cold, am I right?!But stupidly, come here. It's dope as fuck.

I came last sunday on 12/15 and i was amazed on how the pizza tasted here the pizza was fresh and had a plenty to choose from and they guy with the bulls hat didnt get to get his name was great he asked if i had ever ate at roppolos and i told him no being the first time eating at roppolos, he guaranteed that i was going to love it and sure i did i highly recommend this pizza parlor to anyone coming to 6th street great job !!!!!!! I grabbed a slice of pepperoni, sausage, and jalapeno pizza here last night around 9pm. It was perfect! The whole-wheat crust was substantial and crisp enough to support a good amount of sauce and plenty of melty cheese. My slice was piping hot and delicious. Smaller than the other Roppolo's location, there's not a ton of seating here. Most people probably get a slice to-go, but I grabbed a seat on one of the barstools and enjoyed my pizza on-site. The employees were very friendly and checked to make sure my pizza was tasting just right. If I'm in the area around dinner time or late-night snack time, I'd stop here again.In the interest of full disclosure, I was accompanied by the owner, Marc Roppolo, when I went here; however, the slice I ate was from the same pie that the other patrons were served, so I did have an authentic experience.

Kinda pricey. Pizza's crust texture was more like cardboard.Great location but nothing exciting at all.

I stopped here for a quick slice and as a person born and raised in NYC, I like to try pizza places in different states to see how bad they can be in different! This place disappointed because it was absolutely delicious! The pepperoni slice from here had me thinking k was standing on a street in Queens! The service was quick and the servers were friendly and the slice was delicious 10/10

Great late night snack. Excellent New York style thin crust pizza. Perfect for that late night craving when bar hopping or when you have the munchies.
