Rockin' Rolls

Ordered the pepperoni, Hawaiian, and sausage ricotta pizza rolls to try as a to go dinner option, and wow, I was so not expecting the flavor profile and texture of the breading to be so fantastic! Lovely chew and delicate crisp to the exterior that reheats beautifully the next day. The flavor blends were fantastic, albeit, I do wish there was more filling to breading per bite, resulting in the 4 stars. If you let it sit, the cheese does begin to lose its stretch, making it more likely that you'll yoink all that goodness out by accident. Needless to say, that dough recipe is spot on and is still delicious with simply just the marinara you can ask for on the side. Staff were super friendly at the window and carefully packaged my order sealing the top with a sticker so it wouldn't open during transport. Will be frequenting again!

Rockin Rolls is giving me all the pizza rolls I wanted as kid, but wasn't able to have (thanks mom *sigh) -- but truly, this was a happy find when looking for a pizza place near by. 10/10 recommend.

Mmmmmm so good! The wait for them a little long but they were so worth it. We tried the Steve Miller veggie rolls, which were a delightful blend of stretchy Mozarella cheese and cloud soft sourdough, dusted with Parm. I don't want pizza rolls from anywhere else now. I must try the other ones, all named after legendary Steves and Stevie.

Impressive! Excellent flavor, texture and ratio of filling to perfectly-baked sourdough crust. All the rolls are made fresh to order, so I was able to add pepperoni to my Steve Miller rolls (a veggie option with spinach and mushrooms). The Stevie Nicks rolls were also delicious- slightly smoky with house-cured ham and slightly sweet with pineapple. The marina dipping sauce was an ideal pairing (they also have ranch and chipotle ranch, as well as hot honey).The chocolate and vanilla cannoli was spectacular- shatteringly crisp with tiny bubbles on the shell outside, fresh homemade cream fillings, and a smattering of tiny chocolate chips. Someone here really has pastry chops, y'all. The folks running this little biz are lovely and good at what they do- please support this gem of a local eatery! Open late. Cute food truck court vibes.

Piping hot sourdough pizza rolls? Sign me up. They sell their pizza rolls in orders of three which was perfect for our group of three to try. We got the Steve Miller (veggie) pizza rolls piping hot right as the food truck opened. The cheese pull might've been one of the best I have ever seen. They are definitely opened on the later side but I can see these being ordered as the perfect late night snack. Great price and easy parking. I'll be back for more!

Personally, I think these are way undercooked. I didn't even finish them. They went onto greener pastures inside a trash can rather than my stomach. As you can see from the pictures, the inside of the dough isn't cooked. Ordered the Classic Steve, disappointed all around. Great group of people running the truck, friendly. These aren't hard to make, high heat (higher the better), seasoning, quality cheese, and quality pepperoni... perfected dough recipe.. These rolls lacked all of the above coupled with what tastes like Hill Country Fare Ranch Dressing (one can assume) - at least make the effort for your own dressing and marinara for dips. Unfortunately, first and last time visiting. Wish them the best of luck though!

Food trailer focused on pizza rolls.We've had the cheese (Steve Perry) and veggie (Steve Miller). Veggie was the standout, haven't tried any of the meat options but, they all sound great.I would describe the interior of the pizza roll as "pillowy." I can see how someone would think it's doughy, but I think you need that texture contrast with the exterior crust to give the pizza roll its classic chewiness.We split 6 between 2 adults and it was enough, YMMV.The people who run the truck are very friendly.Also, the cannoli are shockingly good. Like better than a decent brick and mortar Italian restaurant.

these pizza rolls are soooo good. definitely recommend this spot!! (they are also on uber eats which is a plus)

Rock in' Rolls are the most delicious pizza rolls we've ever had, by a mile. We order them through food delivery service and they always arrive carefully packaged, warm, and cooked to perfection. RnRolls ingredients are perfect; savory mouthwatering fillings wrapped in lovingly made dough for a breathtaking crust. The Steve Vai meat filled and Stevie Nicks are outstanding as are the other Rockin' flavors. If you want a perfect ending, order the cannoli ! Even those are noteworthy. Awesome food, prepared with love.
