I'm in town staying at the Fairmont for a business trip. My companion and I decided to try Revue for breakfast. We were seated at the back, in an adorable "porch" area. The restaurant offers a breakfast buffet for $30. The price was a little steep for me, since I don't eat that much. Instead, I opted for a smoked salmon Benedict. The salmon was great. The English muffin was toasted perfectly. The Hollandaise sauce was smooth and delicious. The eggs were cooked to perfection. The coffee was great and while they didn't have cream, they did have half-and-half so just a splash and it was perfect too. Our waitress was wonderful even with the busy crowds that they had this morning. We were checked on and coffees were refilled. I look forward to coming back here again during my stay.

I was staying at the Fairmont valentines day. Decided to try Revue. I was with my girlfriend and we had reserved a table for valentines day weekend. The valentines menu was just their normal menu with a special dessert. We opted for al a carte. We were confused by our seating as well. We were seated basically on a porch in the family area after paying for a valentines day reservation. The food was good and the portions were decent which is the only reason I'm giving it 3 stars.

During my stay at the Fairmont Hotel, I had the pleasure of dining at Revue, their Italian restaurant. I started with the garlic bread as an appetizer, which was absolutely delicious--crispy and flavorful. For dessert, I tried the banana bread pudding, and it was equally delightful. The service at Revue was exceptional; our server was attentive and checked in frequently. The ambience was inviting.

My wife and I were staying at the Fairmont Austin and twice dined at Revue for brunch. Overall I was impressed with the quality of the food. For the first day was seated with another couple on a long table. We were on one end and they were on the other. I ordered a coffee and decided to give their buffet a try. Our waitress seemed not impressed I ordered the buffet. She did bring the coffee quickly and it was really good with a nice aroma and flavor. I headed to the small room up front to see what was available and had the standard items found at hotels like eggs, bacon, sausage, potatoes, oatmeal, fruit, and yogurt. I grabbed a plate and added scrambled eggs, lots of bacon, sausage that had cheese in it, breakfast potatoes, and the wonderful eggs with chicken in it. All of it was really good but the eggs with chicken was the highlight of the buffet. It had so much flavor and very delicious. The next day I was too full for the buffet even though I would not mind just eating the eggs & chicken, but ordered the Avocado Toast with a mimosa. This time we were seated at a nice private table for two. The restaurant manager even brought out my plate and placed it in front of me where the Avocado Toast was beautifully presented. It was a large piece of grilled sourdough bread with avocado on it along with a poached egg. It was very delicious and had great flavor. I enjoyed it very much.

This is the restaurant inside the Fairmont and I grabbed breakfast here. They have a buffet and a la carte options. The food was above par.The service was the best part. Our waitress was funny, engaging and super efficient. Big fan of Kelly! She deserves a raise and a promotion and I want to be her friend.

My recent experience at Revue in the Fairmont Hotel for a light New Year's Eve meal was nothing short of delightful. It had been a while since my last visit, and I'm pleased to report that the restaurant remains as impressive as ever. A big plus was that it was quite festive at this time of the year!We started the evening with a poke bowl that exceeded all expectations. The addition of crispy rice at the bottom provided a delightful crunch, and the creamy avocado complemented the dish beautifully, creating a symphony of textures. Each bite was a burst of freshness and flavor. The crispy Brussels sprouts and burrata plate were another highlight of the evening. The brussels sprouts were perfectly crisp, and the burrata was rich and creamy, creating a harmonious blend of flavors that left us craving for more. What truly set our evening apart was the stellar service we received from Chloe. Her attentiveness and friendly demeanor enhanced our dining experience, making us feel truly welcomed and cared for. Her recommendations were spot-on, and she went above and beyond to ensure our satisfaction throughout the evening.Revue at the Fairmont Hotel continues to impress with its commitment to quality dishes, a diverse menu, and impeccable service. Whether you're a returning patron or a first-time visitor, Revue is a dining destination that consistently delivers a memorable experience. I look forward to returning to savor more of their culinary delights in the future.

The food was PHENOMENAL! we visited this location as we were staying only a block away and I just had to check it out. Sam and Maria G. from this venue were so sweet and accommodating, they really made our dinner special with stopping by the table to say hello, and following that with complimentary dessert for our special occasion. Also.. I have been talking about the garlic bread here since I left and cannot stop. I plan on returning to Austin one day and I will definitely be coming back here. (May or may not be just for the garlic bread) the restaurant itself was beautiful, I think the way they set this place up is really unique. It's multiple venues within one venue and you can mix and match different foods like Oriental, Italian and raw bar. I highly suggest the "Meal for Two". We could barely finish it! Would return here for sure, thank you Revue team!

Cute atmosphere. Came for the cinnamon roll that supposedly received rave reviews...it was huge but dry - disappointing.

Went here for a valentines date night. The two person $88 meal gave us three appetizers, a pizza and a pasta, which was more than enough. It came with cheesy garlic bread, Caesar salad, and meatballs. We loved that we could choose was pizza and pasta, and ended up with a margherita pizza and bolognese. Honestly, the drinks were a little overpriced and I was a huge fan of the environment- it was super touristy, which makes sense since it was in a hotel. It was great for a date, but I probably wouldn't go back

Food was bad. Way too expensive. Tea and Dr. Pepper were $5 each, as in no free refills. Avoid this place. Not worth your time or money.
