Revolution Vegan Kitchen

Located in Thicket Food Park, this spot offers some seriously delicious vegan food! While vegan dishes can be hit or miss, the Al Pastor taco and flautas were absolutely amazing. Their menu is packed with exciting options, and I'll definitely be coming back to try their burgers!

As a fairly new vegan, I'm always excited to try new places around the city to see they are different. Takes on vegan cuisine. This is a food truck located a food truck park, which was very cool because I got to see a lot of different places that have lots of different food selections! Perfect place to visit with friends and family who have different food taste and come sit outside to enjoy a nice summer day.I appreciated the service. Everyone was very friendly and helpful when it came to picking different options on the menu. I tried two different things the Vaquero burger and the buffalo chicken wrap both come with french fries which I always love. After ordering you give them their your phone number and they'll send you a text when your food is ready (it was a hot day so happy I could wait in the car).Overall, the food was pretty good. I really enjoyed the buffalo wrap. I think the burger could've had a little more barbecue sauce to really bring out that barbecue flavor but overall really good place to try and I'm excited to come back again.

So yummy! Super glad there is a fully vegan option at Thicket :) I got the taco, which were pretty yummy, but their burgers also looked super good!

Food is good but pricey. The food trailer is easy to order from. I was a disappointed with the portion size for the price, in all honesty. Wanted more food than was provided. Good to know that the vegan Mac n cheese is made fresh and we had to wait for a fresh batch to be made. It was tasty; also had the burger with "bacon" and it was good. It's a great location in the woods off south 1st. Great ambiance! Music, playground and shaded tables.

Super friendly. And I love that they use a text service to let you know when to pick up your food. It's too hot in Austin to be waiting around like that lol. I got the breakfast sausage taco add pickled onion.Let me tell you... WOW. It was so freaking good. The flavor was just amazing. I couldn't finish it. I had one bite left and I literally saved it for later. I couldn't waste it lol. My friend did get the burrito and I don't think he was as wild about his as I was mine.

A longtime staple at the Thicket Food Park, Revolution Vegan Kitchen tends to fly under the radar. Quietly serving up comfort food classics like burgers, mac and cheese, tacos, and onion rings, you're guaranteed a solid, satisfying vegan meal every time. The Big Mak really tastes exactly like a double decker fast food burger, juicy and nicely seared, and topped with gooey cheese. The fries deserve a shout out too since I usually hate crinkle cut, but these are genuinely crispy and well seasoned. Super sweet people at the wheel here too; you're in good hands whenever you come to visit.

Obsessed with their Philly cheesesteak. Could eat it everyday and always deliver fast which i appreciate

The food here is really good. I got a phony cheese steak and a cheesecake. When I went, the food truck closed within about an hour of opening because they ran out of food so be aware that could happen!

Recommend the Big Mac special burger - so good.Tacos were meh. Jackfruit tacos were the best of the bunch. Skip the carne asadaSkip Mac and cheese - was very dry and flavorless.Service was not very friendly. Overall disappointed and will not be coming back :/ unless I'm craving a burger.

I actually questioned whether the food was really VEGAN, its THAT good. Ive tried several items and have loved every one. Ive heard from meat eaters, that they also love this food.
