I placed an order to go while In the area.Food was ready very quick which makes me question the freshness of the shrimp and noodles however everything tasted good and not reheated. The greens and fresh veggies were crisp , however I didn't taste the lemongrass at all through out the dish. Before they changed names , I used to order this dish quite often from here (years ago) . Seems like it's still the same menu. I've never dined in so can't really speak on the service but they were kind in my less then 1 min interaction and did call after I placed the online order to make sure I was ordering to that location.

Ordered takeout on a Saturday night. The restaurant was mostly empty with two tables occupied, but the place looked clean and welcoming. Staff was very nice. We ordered the Crispy Walnut with shrimp and the Vietnamese Crispy Noodle with chicken. I'm a huge fan of sweet and savory dishes, but I found the saucebin the Crispy Walnut to be way too sweet. I ended up not finishing some of the rice that was too soaked in the sauce. The walnuts could be crisper but that might be a consequence of ordering takeout. The shrimp was cooked well. The Crispy Noodles was decent, although could find better versions at more authentic Chinese restaurants. Nevertheless, it definitely hits the spot, and I can see myself ordering it again.

Welcomed by the staff , hot tea (amazing) with some fresh warm and quickly served food , and a relaxing ambiance, with village cooking videos on the tv... I must say it's a very nice overall first experience!! Our server Vivian was kind enough to explain each question we had regarding ingredients.

Came in for a light dinner back of soup and appetizer. The oil was fresh so there was no weird fried taste. Will come back for lunch next.

I have heard some rave reviews about this spot. I actually have a lot of memories of this restaurant before it was what it is today so I was ready!Online ordering was a breeze. I placed my order to go and they even called to confirm I meant to place it for the Round Rock location. The Viet rice places (beef and pork) were good. The egg roll is nice and crispy. The egg drop soup had good flavor and it wasn't bland. I will definitely be back to try more.

I won't be returning to Red Lotus Asian Grille. I ordered the pork pineapple fried was and was disappointed with the dish; it lacked depth in the flavor and the pork was really chewy. Pineapple chunks were too big and overall it was a mistake. The only reason I gave it 2 stars instead of 1 was for the smoothies they have. The servers were nice. It wasn't very busy at lunchtime. Super bummed.

This small Asian restaurant is tucked in to one of the few strip centers within a larger complex of retailers. It faces a Walmart about 500 yards away, not far from a panda express. It's pretty much your no-frills strip center kind of restaurant. They do have some chef's daily specials, and they serve sake, beer and a decent selection of wine. I got three separate meals to go along with some eggrolls and one hot and sour soup which came to almost $60. Since everything was so tightly bagged up, I did not bother to check the order, but I was relieved to find that everything was perfect when I got home. I have to admit, the portions are generous, however the hot and sour soup was....just ok, neither hot nor sour and the two eggrolls seemed overcooked. Much of the broccoli in my beef 'n broccoli was more closer to raw than al dente. The veggies were fresh and for the most part, all the three dishes were decent, but I couldn't help but think there was a piece of the puzzle missing. Nothing really stood out that made me want to return next time I was in the mood for such fare. However, there may be items on their menu that truly standout that I don't know of. As for us, it was ***1/2. Informative photos below.

I have mixed feelings the food is good the staff is nice but prioritized other guests over us both times we have been there . In the sense that we got there well before several other people but maybe they are regulars or know the owners and they got food for a significantly larger party much quicker drink refills more often and their bill without having to wait for ten to fifteen minutes after requesting it . Maybe it's helps that the other guest spoke the same langue which is understandable but still not an excuse to blow us off. The interior is well lit and there are booths and tables the choose from the tables are decently clean but the floors where sticky under our booth again both times we ate there and the restrooms where hideous which is usually an indication that the things you cannot see in back are probably worse . I say this as constructively as possible they need to really clean the place up my son said dad look a baby fly and I went to shew it away and I realized it was a tiny cockroach , I then though oh well it was just one it happens we are close to the front door then we saw another one and I thought ok now there are more than a few on the side of the booths this is gross ! I really love the sampler appetizer and the General Tso even though they are more of a Pho type of place everything was so good yet another issue again for the second time we ate there we found long black hairs intertwined in our food and the first time we ate there so did the table next to us . I was skeptical and Charles it up to a one time account last week I came but since it happened again along with the baby roaches and filthy restrooms I'm torn between the tasty food and the cleanliness of this establishment since it apparently has amazing ratings all around . I can't be the only one whose experiences this not ammo extremely picky so I decided to look up the health score of this place to confirm that I was just over reacting and found that they have a failing score of 48 as of July 25th 2023 ! You have to really have bad conditions to get that low of a score . I humbly recommend that they clean up use hair nets and hire an exterminator to get up to a passing health score . This confirmed that I indicated am not ranting or going crazy and overreacting to a small problem . Consider that I do like the food and it's too bad I will not be returning because I'd say the General Tso alone beats most places I've been in Austin or around Rock combined. . . If you want to look up the health score rating google it because I know there will be doubters . I've provided pictures of the score you can go to the official Williamson county website or riskybites.com to view all the restaurants that failed inspection this year as of lately .

Agree. 4.5Skip all the chain restaurants in front of the Red Lotus. 1. Extremely clean2. Kind wait staff3. Pricing; excellent. 4. Pho broth 4 out of 5. Great. I was curious about the red onion in the pho. My preference is white/yellow, had better flavor profile for over all dish; I believe.
