Ranch Hand

The food was fresh and tasted so amazing! One of my favorite food trucks by far. I normally don't go for healthier food options when visiting a food truck, but this place is GREAT. The person operating the truck when we were there was very nice and fast. Service was great, food was great, and the outside area was very nice. What's not to love?

For those looking for a healthier, wholesome meal, Ranch Hand is the perfect stop. Offering a variety of bowls and sandwiches, Ranch Hand's mission is to serve Texans with pasture-raised proteins from local ranchers and resources. After trying a variety of Ranch Hands' bowls - The Rosemary, The Heartbrand, and The Cilantro Bowl - my favorite was the Rosemary. The Apple Cider Vinaigrette converts this bowl into a salad and is super refreshing. NOTE: this comes with goat cheese, so if you are not a goat cheese fan, make sure to opt-out. As far as the protein, I really enjoyed the unique seasoning of the Coffee & Pepper Akaushi Steak, which pairs perfectly with the Heartbrand Plate, served with Sweet Potato and Kale.

We stopped by this food truck while at Hi Sign brewery and we're not disappointed. We got two bowls and both were delicious! The favorite of the two was the Cilantro Bowl with pork. I would not have expected pork to go with spinach so well but the other ingredients brought a beautiful flavor medley together. The Heartbrand Plate with chicken was also tasty. The chicken and sweet potatoes were done perfectly. The kale/vegetable mix was a little strong on the garlic for my preference but didn't ruin the dish by any means. The service was also great!

One of the best food trucks I've ever had! My husband and I have gotten delivery and in person and were extremely impressed with the quality of the food. I got the Heartbrand bowl with chicken and would absolutely get it again. Currently the truck is at Armadillo Den on Manchaca but they also deliver through Uber eats. However you try it - just do it! You will not be disappointed.

Ok so. I live right down the street and have been wanting to give this place a try and finally got around to it. Great food ! I really really enjoyed it. I got delivery so I can't really say anything about the service or the ambiance but I will say that my food was delivered very quickly. I will definitely be a returning costumer !

EXCELLENT catering. Literally the best catered event food I've ever had. I've never been to the "home base" but you're darn tootin' I'm gonna.

Ate at Armadillo's Den today and LOVED the food from the Ranch Hand truck! The burger was super yummy, yes to goat cheese on a burger! And my husband absolutely loved the Rosemary bowl with chicken. It's awesome to find healthy food that tastes amazing - win win! Bonus points, great live music going on at Armadillo's Den while we ate.

The food is good, but trying to get it isn't. Their voicemail says to text but then they don't respond or they initially do but don't follow up when I place the order. This happened 3 times on various days. I waste my work time going there and waiting and they are never busy. Today no customers yet they never responded after saying they are open. I placed an order and then no response for an hour. So, I kept walking.

Really good food and enjoyed the service. Food truck in a brewery made it easy and convenient.

I've only had the Hi-Sign Brewery location, but it is DELICIOUS. I got the sirloin on the heart brand bowl. The pork is also delicious. My new favorite spot!!!!!
