I was feeling sick and was definitely needing my pho fix. I decided to give this place a try and it did not disappoint! I ordered the lemongrass and pork pho with extra vegetables and it was SO good. so flavorful, rich, brothy, it was perfect. This might be my go to pho spot and I have a lot of pho in my life. There is something about the lemongrass and spicy pork blend that satisfies my taste buds. And it definitely helped my sinuses. Cannot wait to give this place a try again!

I was not expecting to find authentic / quality pho in South Austin, but what a pleasant surprise! Atmosphere was comfortable with ample seating and space. Floors and table were not sticky and service was a bit slow but friendly. Side comment: staff could benefit from more training esp the student workers. On to the food - ordered a steaming bowl of pho (the best way to enjoy pho imo) and egg rolls. The egg rolls are big enough to be consumed as an entree, with plenty of veggies on the side. There's SOMETHING in that fish sauce because it was SO GOOD. Would recommend to those in the area!

I'm obsessed with Pho With Us! I recently had the pleasure of trying their pho, and let me tell you, it's hands-down the best I've ever had. The broth was rich, flavorful, and perfectly balanced, with just the right amount of sweetness and spice. The noodles were cooked to perfection, and the generous portion of tender beef was cooked just right. I did end up taking my remaining food home and it was equally delicious the next day. The service was great. When we first arrived, the restaurant was only partially filled. But by the time we were leaving, it was full and there was a wait to be seated with a busy atmosphere. So be sure to get there early if you're visiting for dinner.

The best pho in south Austin! Fast service and great food. All you need when you are looking for pho! The broth is beef, I do wish they had chicken broth but their beef broth is great. The bun Bo hue is good but the better ones are up north. It will still do the trick though if you're really craving it!

Parking is plentiful and the dining room is comfortable with both booths and tables. The waitstaff are very knowledgeable and helpful. Everything was amazing. We started off with 4 shareable- the Brussel sprouts, salt & pepper shrimp, fried cheese wontons and fried pork dumplings. I think our favorites were the Brussel sprouts and the dumplings. Hubby got the Pho Seafood and was really pleased. He said it is bursting with flavor. The noodles are epic and it was full of shrimp, scallops and fish balls. It was around 4p on a Monday when we came in and there wasn't much of a crowd, but as we leisurely noshed the crowd picked up. The staff stayed attentive even though they started getting a rush. We will be back for sure!

Ambiance of this place was nice and spacious though I just ordered for take out. When I ordered my quoted pickup time was 30 minutes later but when I went in at 35 min exactly, it still took an additional 13 min after that. The place was packed so I kind of understand but 50 minutes to get 1 bahn mi, 1 bao bun appetizer, 1 eggplant appetizer, and 2 orders of summer rolls is still pretty slow.Regarding the food, the chicken Bao buns were delicious as was the pork bahn mi. The grilled pork in the bahn mi had a really satiating flavor and the size was huge! Enough for 2 lunches for me so didn't mind the price at all (I'm used to like $7 bahn mis and this one was $15). I loved that they packed the cold marinated veggies from the bahn mi separate so the bread didn't get all soggy. I also really enjoyed the eggplant. I was a bit disappointed by the chicken spring/summer rolls because they had no carrots or cucumber julienned in them as well as no mint. They were like 70% vermicelli, 15% meat and 15% lettuce so the texture was pretty globby. The chicken in the rolls was no seasoning boiled chicken breast which did not help at all. Even when I smothered them in the peanut sauce it was not an enjoyable bite and that is saying something...I also ordered pork ones and those tasted better because the flavor of the marinated grilled pork was able to carry the roll a bit. Will definitely get food again probably just not the rice paper rolls.

Pleasantly surprised with the food and quantity! First time coming here and was amazed by the reasonably-priced menu! The banh mi is my favorite. They have cilantro and jalapeño on the side if you want to add them in. Pâte is sooo good and spread evenly on the bread. Pho is great! Just the right amount of meat. Viet Pad Thai is great too. The pork belly bao we got as an appetizer was really delicious! I would get this again. I heard that they have lunch specials on weekdays which include a meal and appetizer! Would love to try this in the future. The interior has many Vietnamese decorations and paintings. They also have a TV showing an Asian drama.

OVERVIEW: 2.5-3/5 stars, solely based on the pho - which is supposed to be the star of the show given the restaurant name. We started off strong with the ube coffee and green matcha Thai tea and the salt and pepper tofu, but the pho broth was pretty disappointing. I would not come back for pho, but might be willing to try their other dishes, as they seem popular and look promising. The restaurant is casual and modern. There is a full bar available and they offer fun non-alcoholic drinks like Vietnamese coffees and Thai teas. The menu is large, with apps and pho and banh mis and plates.QUICK FACTS:- Parking? Yes, plenty of parking in a large shopping center.- Reservations? No, this is a very casual, quick service restaurant.- Takeout? Yes, you can order to-go.FOOD & DRINK RATINGS:- Ube coffee (3/5): This was good and unique but an $8 drink is so pricy for the size. It was very strong coffee, so be wary. The ube cream is nice.- Green matcha Thai tea (3.5/5): Great size. They put a lot of half and half so it was a lot sweeter than I like, but good overall and only $5!- Pho (2/5): The rare ribeye was good and tender. The brisket tasted old. The broth was overpowering and over seasoned almost (some people may like that, but I prefer a clearer broth). Like too much bouillon or MSG. It made it heavy and even with a lot of lime juice and sriracha I couldn't get it to thin out. Not a fan of it, having had much better.- Salt and pepper tofu (5/5): Very crisp, flavorful, and hot and fresh. Loved it! Would order again. The onions on top were so tasty.

Ok so, I have heard so many good things about this place and was stoked when they opened a location in Kyle! The food, service, and ambiance were all 10/10! Everything on the menu sounded so good, it was hard to choose what to get. You can't go wrong with pho on a rainy day so that's what I ordered. I ordered the veggie lightweight pho with a side of spicy sauce, and my friend went for the 'Pho With Us,' which they're famous for. I often struggle finding a flavorful pho, but this one hit the spot! The 'Pho With Us' was hearty and packed with meat.I can't wait to go back and try other items, like the bao buns and banh mi. I definitely recommend giving this place a try!

Considering this part of Texas isn't the most diverse... causing authenticity to sort of get lost in the mix of interpretation...the food was still nicely presented and pretty decent. This place did middle of the road "inspired by Vietnamese" as best they could, so I couldn't knock them for the small details or lack of authenticity. My issues were: the choice of vegetables and herbs for some dishes were not ideal, a few of the dishes on the menu were actually Chinese instead of Vietnamese, and then there were some things that felt sort of Texan/southern/Vietnamese fusion and it left me a bit confused. To top that off, there are certain Vietnamese dishes that I look for on the menu of a Vietnamese restaurant and if they are not there, I feel disappointed. Banh Xeo, crispy Vietnamese crepes, were not there. Dang! All in all, it was a good date night with the most handsome of company and I had a good time. The atmosphere was great.3 stars
