Delicious, hits the spot burger! Thin lacey pattys, definitely recommend getting a double. Perfectly melted cheese with a balanced flavor coming from the onions and mustard. Just a solid, reliable, pleasing burger. You just order from a QR code, just one person manning the truck. It came out pretty timely! Simple, straightforward ordering process and burger! The truck has plenty of picnic tables to sit at and is connected to st elmo's for plenty of drink options and potentially live music.

Awesome smash burger! I got a double smash burger with cheese, pickles and smash sauce (they don't have lettuce but you could add onion and mustard) The flavor of the meat was good and the sizing of the patties were good as well. The pickles were juicy and had a crunch (pickle lover approved) and the bun was good. Also grabbed a basic of fries and they were seasoned well and were crispy. YUM all around!

The one thing that surprised me was how filling the single was. We ordered the onion petals and the fries. Everything was amazing to us. We were able to visit when there was a smaller crowd and then noticed they were located next to a brewery which was nice as they both shared the outside tables. We walked off our food by going to the end of the area located at the Yard. There are several places on my list, however, I'd come back for the smashburger again :) 10/18/2024

Patty Palace knows how to do fries right! Their fries were perfectly crispy, golden, and seasoned to perfection. Though the fries took a bit of time, they were worth the wait!

This place is one of my favorites. So freaking good. Have had the burger with my second grader and he loved it (kind of a picky eater) and has asked to go back. Love these burgers.

Patty Palace would 100% be a 5-star rating in my book, however, I'm rating them a 4 because my order was wrong twice. Food: This burger would be a 10/10 in my book if my order had been right. The cheese is gooey and it's a perfect Smashburger with a little crisp. Unfortunately, my order was wrong twice. I ordered a plain cheeseburger and it first came with mustard, then when it was "fixed" it came with pickles and onions. I loved the fries. They were crispy and seasoned nicely. Service: I ordered online and they were super quick! My husband went to the window to pick up our food, so I couldn't speak too much to the face-to-face service. Parking: There's a large parking lot.

Great smash burgers! I got a single and my fiancée got a double and we shared the onion petals as well. I LOVE the onion petals - such a good idea! Has shaded patio in front of truck as well so that's great! We brought our dog too and the shade really helped. The sauces are delicious too!! My fiancée says it's his favorite smash burger he's had in town!

This place was recommended as a top burger place. Many have raved about them so I opted to check them out one weekend. Overall it was pretty good. Got the double cheeseburger with the grilled onions, small fries, and drink which is one of their combos. Price was somewhat premium - I think around 11-12 bucks. The burger was pretty good, didn't really have a wow-factor, but it was good yet patty was slightly salty and I did not get enough grilled onions on it. I asked - and you can ask for extra onions, for which next time I will, but that was disappointing. Fries were pretty good. It's a small size w/ the combo but did the job. Still feel it's slightly premium priced but it was solid. Service was good and got my food relatively quick. I must stay - after I finished my burger about 45 min pass and I started to feel slight queezy. Maybe it was the grease from the burger - it had some but wasn't too greasy - but I just felt slightly off. Nothing majorly bad and did not get sick, but somewhat similar to when I eat a Mickey D's double cheeseburger. That's why I reviewed them as "Ok". Otherwise this would be a 3.5-star to 4-star experience. If they were offering a coupon I would go back in an instant and ask for extra onions. I am not ruling these guys out but I am not rushing back to satisfy my burger fix as I do want to try other burger places and compare. They are not my fave, but they were still pretty good. Compared to that other "N" Acronym place on E. 6th - I'd say you get slightly more meat here, slightly better price, so I would rate them 7.5/10 range and they are worth a shot.

Best smash burger in Austin for sure. Super simple but done so well. Meat is perfectly charred. Onions, pickles, and mustard accent the flavors so well. Very impressed. Can't wait to have it again and again.
