Papa Johns Pizza

Delicious variety of the best chicken wings that are tender & juicy and rarely broken. Something other establishments do regularly! I've been mostly home bound recently so I haven't been by the store but every time I've been there it's always clean & inviting. The employees are prompt, & courteous! As well as efficient workers! Once again they came through for me!

Good food, and easy to pick up when they're super busy. Thank you guys for satisfying our pepperoni pizza cravings so well, every time!!

Everyone interested in Carryout service on a Saturday night, this location (and others?) has chosen to no longer serve Any carryout customers after 10:25 PM ... on Saturday nights. It's good that they made it easy for us to know just where to take all of our future business as well. (40% satire)

So the first time they delivered "our" pizza, it was a completely wrong order with someone else's address on it. The delivery guy took it back. Manager said he would remake our order and send it out. That's fine. I know accidents happen, and our kids were keeping busy outside. Then once another 30min has passed they drop off the correct pizza, except the pizza with toppings was a mess. The toppings were bunched up in once place with hardly any on other places. Called the manager again, this time he offered a credit for a free pizza, but why would I want pizza that is probably not going to come out correct?

Ordered a 72 dollar order for delivery and never got delivered after saying it was delivered on the app. Didn't even call me or anything saying it's been delivered

I ordered 2 large pizzas for delivery today and waited an hour and a half for delivery. We live 3 blocks from the store. I called, and they said my order was canceled and they couldn't give me a reason as to why. I wouldn't chalked it up to it being a glich and reordered, but the guy on the phone was super rude, and he hung up on me. I'll never order another Papa John pizza again.

Delivery driver threw the pizza over 30 feet at the door from the driveway like a frisbee. Tipped 25%, so no idea why he'd do that. Have it captured on our security cameras though. Pizza was mostly a pile of ingredients - salvaged a couple of slices but tossed the rest in the trash. Complained to the customer support utility on the site after, was offered some coupons, asked for some kind of refund instead and have been ghosted for multiple weeks after multiple emails. Used to enjoy Papa Johns, but won't bother ordering from them again.

Service is TERRIBLE if you want to have a pizza night ! Workers are just lazy! I live around the corner and placed an order close two hours prior closing time and decided to cancel my order. They had me waiting on the phone over 40 minutes since the order I placed was taking forever. So they decided to just leave me hanging. They closed and reimburse me with the money but never got the chance to speak with someone.

I tried the new bowl dish at Papa Johns and was pleasantly surprised and impressed. Firstly, the food was delivered quickly and it was hot. The bowl from Papa Johns made me sure that I will continue patronage with them. Great job!
